Dr. Frey is excellent at making you feel comfortable. He shows a tremendous amount of professionalism in his approach to patients. I truly appreciate him.

Did not receive follow up phone call after surgery. I called for a follow up appointment & was told Dr Frey’s assistant would call me.
My primary doctor Dr Matthew nurse had to call Dr. Frey’s office to get an appointment to have my stent removed. Dr. Frey told my daughter & husband after surgery I could remove the stent my self after 4-5 days. Two recovery room nurses & a floor nurse told me there was no string to remove stent my self. When I went to the office to get stent removed. The staff member who removed the stent was wearing a wool hat, ski jacket & did not look professional. I did not question her title because I wanted to get the stent removed after 2 weeks.

Wonderful experience. My husband and I were in a terrible time crunch to schedule an initial appointment which seemed would be impossible to achieve. Dr. Frey’s office worked hard to make it happen and it did. Dr. Frey lived up to his exceptional reputation. Looks like we will now have a wonderful urologist who is supported by a wonderful staff.

Dr. Frey is not only a highly competent physician, but is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I have ever known. Highly recommend.

I never got a call back when I called and couldn't understand the person, to find out what to take when the samples were gone, they just called in a prescription. Then at my appointment I had to wait over 30 minutes. He did apologize for the wait.

Dr. Frey was very gentle with my boys as this stud was put out to pasture to no longer reproduce.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Frey listened carefully and we agreed on the treatment plan.

I saw Dr Frey at Grapevine. If I could give zero stars I would do it all day!

1. He ordered a CT and X-ray I went and got both done and two days later the nurse said we haven’t received them. I called the imaging center and they said the nurse put the orders in under the wrong doctor. I called the nurse and she said I’ll take care of it. She never did!

2. I show up to my follow up and Dr. Frey says where is your CT and X-ray? I said the nurse was supposed to take care of that. He leaves the room comes back and says we never received them. I had the notes from the radiologist and asked if he wanted them. He said no we really don’t need it.

So whats the point of getting exams done that cost a lot of money if the doctor won’t even look at it. Next I reviewed my information for my diagnosis and the treatment that Dr. Frey gave was not even the standard that was written in 2020. Dr Frey gave me an antibiotic that was not even used for my diagnosis. Further more my primary and new urologist requested doctors notes and they were never given from Dr. Frey.

DO NOT USE this clinic it’s a scam I can’t speak to all the doctors in that office but look at the reviews people!

I have been a patient of Dr Frey for many years now and they are very professional and courteous on each visit. I recommend them to anyone looking for a excellent Urologist.
