Patterson Rental Cars, Longview TX

It was a easy process to get a rental from Patterson rentals. Zack was up front with his knowledge of the vehicle that was rented to me (Nissan Rogue) I would recommend this facility to anyone who may need a rental. I picked up my vehicle on Friday and returned on Monday for a little over 200 dollars. Thank you Zack.

Patterson was extremely nice and courteous to us. Our air conditioning went out on our car (at the time it was over 100 each day) and there was not a car to be had at any of the rental companies. A good friend of mine recommended Patterson. They had a car and were very courteous. I will use them any time I need a car.

My husband & I have rented cars from Patterson before & we’ve never had any issues with the rental cars or the communication with the staff. I rented a 2023 Rogue for a sister’s trip to Galveston recently. Very nice car, got great gas mileage, comfortable & was fun to drive! Great customer service! Rented a 12 passenger van last minute; Anton was great. He kept the process quick and efficient. The van drove great, features all worked perfect, and very clean. Great experience overall and would recommend anyone for their rentals

Every step of this process was simple. The rental was easy to get setup, the pickup of the rental van was simple, and the staff was great to work with. I also have to say the van I rented was immaculate. I took clients a baseball game, and it sat our entire group very comfortably. Patterson for sure gets the phrase “customer first! ” They wanted to ensure I had a great experience, and we did. Their customer service is outstanding!

I could not find a rental anywhere around the Longview area until I found Anton at Patterson Nissan. I walked in frustrated from the first part of the day but walked out in no time with a sweet rental and some of the best customer service I have experienced since before covid. No hassle, no extended rental process, or wait for a car to be be ready. They even had the AC blowing cold when I jumped in the seat. Great service. We were stranded after an automobile accident the night before and Anton helped us out tremendously. They even sent an employee, Zach, over in the car to pick me up! Great service and a clean reliable car!

This is by far the best place I have received a rental. I was without AC in my car and needed to get it fixed I booked elsewhere 2 weeks in advance only to get the runaround and be treated like I’m not bringing them business but here at Nissan they greeted me with open arms and treated me with respect. Great rental and excellent service when it was needed most! My senior mother’s car broke down in a heat wave. We went to another rental agency where I had reserved a car by phone, only to be told there were actually no cars available. Anton at Patterson came and picked us up and even taught my mom how to use a push button start. Would rent here exclusively in the future!
