I am surprised to see so many positive reviews as ours was far from positive. Hopefully we were just a fluke and this company usually does better business. The only reason I finally decided to write a review is because after telling them directly that we had a bad experience we continued getting template-style emails with requests to write one, so here we are.
My husband and I just purchased our 3rd home and we used Thrive as our lender. It was a complicated process and never in our previous experiences did we have to deal with SO many people to close. I often didn’t know who to reach out to about what. We asked to only deal with someone else on the team after an uncomfortable experience with the first person we worked with, but the first person continued contacting us. We almost backed out of our home purchase completely due to the experience.
