Late post: I had a wonderful experience using Paul Richard Electric. Axel came out and installed an outlet to charge our Tesla. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions patiently to provide me assurance. Very satisfied with the job and recommend!

Axel was very professional and pinpointed and repaired our shorted fixture in no time. I would highly recommend him and your company.

I needed an electrician to fix the electrical box on my house. Paul Richard Electric was able to provide a quote and render services quite quickly. Axel was awesome when he arrived and did the job well.

Can only go as much as 4 stars. This was given to give them appreciation to veteran discounts. Never received service so 4 stars is all I can do. Removed one star because was asked a question on payment terms, i responded, but never got a response back. In the end my repairs were filled by another provider.

We had an issue with a bad breaker and we called Paul. They came the promptly and arrived on time. Jose was very professional and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I will definitely use them again for future electrical needs.

Paul was so fast and helpful in getting our project done. He replaced our entire breaker box and helped troubleshoot all the assistance needed from centerpoint to get it all done in one day. Paul is extremely knowledgeable in all the moving parts and how to get the electric company to do what you need quickly. Highly recommend him and his team.

All I wanted was an outlet installed for my generator input. I already had everything except for the lockout piece. All I wanted was a phone call. The emails kept coming and I don’t think they were from Richard. No phone call. I don’t normally leave reviews. I can wrap up an entire issue in 5 minutes price, time, how long. All I wanted was a phone call.

I was desperate during the 2023 summer heat wave. It was such a relief to find an electrician who answers the phone on Sundays. It was 107 degrees the day that I called. My new window a/c was tripping the circuit. Paul sent a very polite electrician first thing Monday morning to run a dedicated line. What a relief! The process was quick, professional, and, successful. I highly recommend Paul Richard Electric.

I called at about 10 am, they had a guy over by 11 am.cant beat that.everything was straight to the point, transparent.will be calling then again for other various jobs ill need done.

Paul came to my house within an hour after calling. My electricity went off, and it wasn’t a neighborhood power outage. It ended up being an error with my electric company who had turned off my power. They claimed I joined another electric company, which I had not. Big mixup error! Paul just pulled up when I found this out, so I didn’t need his services after all. I appreciate the time and effort of him coming to try to help. Next time I need an electrician, I’ll give him a call!

These guys did a job for me that went very well. However, I had a bunch of other jobs for them and asked for an estimate.the owner lumped them all together, but I wanted separate estimates. I emailed him about that and he said he'd get back to me. I contacted him several more times and each time basically he gave me the run-around for some reason.

I have been speaking to the owner it seems. He has a Simon Sinek quote in his email footer about teamwork. That's great. However, if I am speaking with the owner that tells me this guy is a micromanager. I suggest he hires someone to do all his scheduling and customer relations instead of trying to half-bake it himself. That would make them seem more professional and help remove some of their self-imposed limitations.

Super friendly and informative. Showed me everything he worked and that is was functioning. Explained what the issue was. Will definitely ask for Jose again in the future.

Jose worked hard and efficiently to resolve the issue. He was courteous and on time both days. Paul working behind the scene made sure that I have the information I needed. They are great at what they do. I highly recommend them.
