They leave you on hold for 15 min then hang up on you. Horrible office staff. Appts take half a day

I liked Dr. Worrell himself however, the office admins are the 2 star rating. I sent insurance info before my appt. When I arrived they did not have my appt scheduled. I rescheduled and was seen by the doctor but two days later I was informed they did not accept my insurance and sent me a disputable out of pocket invoice.

Would be 5 stars but I waited almost 2 HOURS to be seen by the PA for 5 minutes. Nice, friendly staff, but they will make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Plus the waiting room was FREEZING!

This is place ghetto and unprofessional. They have teenagers working for cheap. You cant even make an appointment because they put you on hold all day at medical facility. I feel like I am calling a welfare office. Years ago they were real nurses and professional receptionist. I am forced to find a new doctor because they cannot answer the phone they are rude from lack of experience and its ashame because he used to be a good doctor 20 years ago. Now I do not know what kind of clinic this is. They hire kids off the street cause the doctor must be trying to save a dime but the service will have this office close eventually cheap or not

I love this doctor and I’ve been going to him for 25 years. He cares about people and digs and digs and digs into their health issues until he finds out what’s going on and I love that he wants to get more to the cause and cure than to just give people drugs to take and guess a diagnosis. He is a man of integrity and you can tell by how many people he has going to his Family Medicine Clinic. I especially love the Lady that works for him at the front desk named Lisa where you check out. She is so full of informational help to his patients, and I’ve never had her not be able to help me with any and everything and she makes herself available to your needs. She is so kind and is very professional… I almost never see these kind of good people in most doctors offices anymore! Dr. Worrell is hands-down my favorite doctor, and I have been to too many to count! He’s also a good author so buy his new book!

Dr. Worrell is always caring and thorough. I’ve trusted my healthcare to him for almost 15 years.

My husband and I both see Dr Worrell and we absolutely love him! He is very thorough and listens to you. The staff is very pleasant as well.

I went to Dr. Worrell as a new patient. I felt like he was constantly upselling me and trying to find things my insurance would cover. I went to another practice and requested test results be sent over and they didn't have the professional courtesy to do that

Doc Worrell and PA pretty good just always want to issue meds. *Some* of the office staff is low budget.
When you call in the wait time is ridiculous.

He is a fabulous Dr. Listens and respects patient. Explains procedures and does not miss anything to help for better health of his patient

Doctor Paul was great and his staff. I am grateful to encounter these wonderful professionals to take care of my health. I highly recommend them.

Came here as a walk-in to get a refill as I normally do and had to wait 2.5 hours and still didn’t get a refill as I watched every other walk n go n before me even if u schedule a appointment u still will wait a hour to get seen no organization or prioritization in the front people use to come in as a walk in and be out within hour I love Carmelo ad dr Paul but this is ridiculous

Dr. Worrell has great bed side manners. He is very detailed and listens to what you have to say and a good since of humor. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

Have the impression the staff not always doing what the doctor says. Dr. Worrell very knowledgeable and attentive
