I'll try to keep this short. Very disappointed. Time is money. I had an appointment for 10: 00 am. Arrived at 9: 45 with only one other person in the waiting room. Was called back to the exam room about 10: 30 +-. At 11: 15 I went to the desk and was told the doctor had not showed up yet and they had not heard from him. I explained that I had business appointments and would need to leave if he did not show up very soon. I left at 11: 30 and was told the doctor had just showed up and was seeing the patient ahead of me. Very poor service for a professional.

Never get to see the Dr without an hour wait. Appointment was at 4: 30 and Dr came in the room at 5: 30.

You may have to wait to see Dr. Geibel but he will spend as much time as necessary to fully discuss your issues. You are not rushed through the visit. Also, he is definitely not knife happy and will exhaust conservative measures before even considering surgery.

Dr. Geibel took his time, was not rushed and answered all of my questions respectfully. Staff was kind and professional.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Efficient and very professional. Dr Geibel was great, took his time, answered my questions.

Have been seeing Dr Geibel since December 2021. He did my back surgery in February of 2022.2 fusion's and 2 laminectomy's, lower back. Did a great job. I am back to walking my 2 miles a day. Staff was awesome. Highly recomend.

Dr. Geibel is very considerate and I have total confidence in him. He has a very good reputation as a surgeon and he is the only doctor I would trust to perform my back surgery

Very friendly staff, short wait in the waiting room. Dr. Geibel was very informative in my care for next 3 months for my continued care. I flew from Arizona to get the best care from orthopedic surgeon. I’m doing good.
