Adrian was incredibly helpful. His communication is through, consistent, urgent, and keeps you updated. He also was incredibly understanding and patient through the highs and lows of having a group of 3 roommates go down to 2. Give him a couple places you want to see on his large list of rentals and you'll be in a place in within a week. I'm totally going to go back to him anytime I need a new place in ATX.
He helped a friend get into a new place after I noticed their realtor wasn't responding or updating them in a timely manner.they're moving into somewhere next week!

Emma was very helpful and on it with our housing rental search! She got us a bunch of options to view in our budget, location needs, and that matched our ~vibe~. And she helped us negotiate our lease terms to meet our move in requirements.

Recently, I chose to move to Austin with no knowledge of where to live at all. That was until Emma Gibson helped me find the most amazing place to call home. From the first day we talked to the signing of my lease, she was always super proactive about options and helping me. I finally came down to Austin to find an apartment and truly don’t know what I would’ve done without Emma. She picked out the apartments I was looking for, set up tours, asked all the questions needed, and was truly a blessing to work with. I cannot speak more highly of Sara Woodward! My boyfriend and I were looking for a rental home, and were not prepared for how competitive the market is. Sara would stop, drop, and set up tours whenever I found options I liked, which was incredibly valuable considering how quickly the market is moving. From checking in on application status, educating us on the market, and helping us find plan B's when plan A's fell through, we felt extremely supported. We hit some unexpected bumps in qualification due to self-employment, but Sara would help us pick right back up where we left off with a cheery and optimistic attitude. We are so thrilled to have found a spot and absolutely could not have done it without her help. I would 1000% recommend Sara for anyone searching for their future home - thank you, Sara!

Emma G.helped me and my partner immensely as we made the leap to Austin from out of state. She sent us dozens of options, took us on tours, and did multiple virtual tours when we’re out of state. She also hooked us up with a fantastic dinner downtown during our visit; the icing on the cake! She was always easy to talk to and quick to respond.
