Pavilions at Pebble View, Dallas TX

Don't even waste your time visiting any of their properties. They will LIE to you and tell you they have specials and you will get one month free and not give it to you. My boyfriends hours at work were cut in half due to COVID and after showing them proof of that, they increased our rent by $78. Don't get me wrong, the actual apartment isn't bad but it's not worth the increase. Our apartment wasn't even finished when we moved in and they didn't bother finishing it after we moved in. They are not willing to work with residents due to COVID and that tells you a lot about a company. We cannot afford to move so we will stay but will not stay another year or recommend anyone.

The units are spacious and cozy, but the neighbors are distant, irresponsible, and leave the gates unlocked. The surrounding ghetto definitely bleeds in because of this. The hot tub is never clean and the parking sucks. It's either too strict or we have junk cars taking up what limited spaces there are. I'm paying way too much to live here.

Very good maintenance crew and always friendly. People in the office are also very kind. Generally, very clean complex. Safe storage place for mailed packages in the office. Residents are given early notice before major changes.

I have lived in several apartments prior to this one.it was by far one of the most well-maintained apartment complex I have ever lived in.it is costly, but amazing

Moved in on May 2018 and it’s been the best apartment I’ve moved in thus far! From the staff to maintenance crew, everyone is so friendly and want to help you! The day I toured the apartment I got a drama free vibe and haven’t looked back since. Looking forward to renewing in June 2019!

Apartments are nice, lots of space and great pet policy. Maintenance is great! They respond quickly and resolve any issues the first time they come.

I am currently living here and I absolutely love it! The staff is very nice and this place has everything that you’d look for in a place. I definitely recommend this place.

Idk what these other fools are saying about this place, but ive lived here for going on a second renewal. And me and my roomate love the area and place. The management and especially the maintenance staff are dope.

I feel great living with pavilion at pebble view. Especially with Karissa and Brianna's customer service I feel so welcome and at home anytime I visits the office for help or enquiries. I have recommended the company to all my friends and family. Keep it up

Maintenance team is incredible. Multiple maintenance requests over the last year answered and fixed within 24 hours, with detailed note left. Also they are very nice to interact with when you see them roaming around the complex.

Management is nice but there is little they can do about location. The photo attachment is from a Ring neighborhood for the location from May 2018.

A great place to live. You must be a participant and not a spectator to make this place be home for you. I've lived here going on six years. I've seen different personnel came through but none like this, of Beverly, Brianna, and Karissa.
Giving information and work request, follow up persistently are the basic keys to safety, peaceful and comfortable place to live.

Terrible management! We had our upstairs neighbors’ sewage flood our apartment THREE TIMES in two months and got a snarky “it’s not our fault” from management—NO help whatsoever. The foot traffic is heavy and the homeless encampment is right around the corner.we are leaving as fast as we can. STAY AWAY! The only good thing is the maintenance men: Herman and Greg are warm and wonderful.

Just to think I was going to come and apply but hell no this is crazy.no parking robberies clogs etc.

I was at this place today and also submitted an application for an apartment there. I want to say that the girls at the front, Julia Nichols and Karissa Rideaux are amazings. They was very attended and helpfully with me. Great customer services girls. Thank you a lot.

Currently approaching my 3rd week at this complex. I had a few minor issues when moving in, however, the front office and maintenance took care of everything in a timely manner for me. The area itself is ok but you can't dig the apartment complex on the surrounding area. Their job is to provide you with a safe and comfortable experience and I have felt nothing but that.
