Payne & Boatner, DDS, Keller TX

Love both Dr's Payne and Boatner. They are both professional and good at what they do. We trust them with all of our dental needs. Have been going there for more than 15 years! Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them!

My husband and I both use Payne and Boatner DDS. Love the small office environment. Employees and dental staff are great. Feel comfortable everytime I go in. TV's at every seat with headphones. Feels like family.

Incredible. Called a couple weeks before Christmas bc I thought I had a cavity. They not only said they could schedule me before the new year, but gave me several options (most dentists won't do that when they're super booked up at the end of the year)! The appt was so fast (30 min) and everyone at the office was really kind and cheerful the whole time. Dr Boatner even offered to treat my cavity right then! Totally would have if I didn't have a baby needing me at home. They were great about scheduling my next appt too. Absolute best dentist experience ever.

PS. The whole office looks so nice and has beautiful Christmas decorations too!

Both Dr Payne and Dr Boatner are top notch Dentist! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Everyone in the office treats you like family every time you come in. Believe me, because I have spent a small fortune on my teeth. The Dentist and staff here are the best around.

This office is the best dental office in Keller. Everyone is so polite and so friendly. No one likes going to the dentist, but these people are the best and make it really easy! Angel took especially good care of me and the staff is so helpful! Great experience!

Eeryone is so nice, cheerful, and efficient. Dr. Boatner is a great dentist and has done a wonderful job for me, correcting a major issue carried over from my prevous poor experience with a different dentist.

I have been seeing Dr Boatner since we moved back to Texas in 2007 and would think of going anywhere else. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. The majority of the staff have been with Dr Boatner many years and very loyal.

Bethni is a professional hygienist who’s care I have been under for many years. She and Dr Boatner are great. However this last visit the dental assistant clearly was fumbling trying take X-rays and while waiting overheard some disgruntled statements about a difficult office manager who creates dissatisfaction and employees turnover. Probably something that you want to address…. And the dental assistants are “temp” employees? Certainly hope the have proper training!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors and hygienists are great as well. They all make going to the dentist a wonderful experience.

They are amazingly professional, prompt, kind, fun, and I always look forward to going there. I recommend them to family and friends and there is no higher compliment!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to!
I had been going for over a year until I was not paying attention when doing insurance with my new job. They ALWAYS took care of me, did not try to get a "quick buck" out of me, always explained everything so I knew what was happening, and never questioned me when I was upset.
I had a horrible experience last month at Ideal Dental of Northlake and came back to Dr. Payne for a second opinion. Within 20 minutes he negated everything the other dental said I "needed" done. He told me that none of their claims were correct.
I will be switching dental insurance BACK to Payne and Boatner and will never be leaving!
