Excellent costumer service and knowledge of PC’s
If you're ever thinking of getting your PC repaired anywhere, it should be here. Speaking from my own experience with Jeremy and his business, this was amazing. It goes without saying that my situation wasn't a standard visit. My PC was slow and had been outdated by several years. I happened to learn about PC Genie from Jeremy himself when our paths crossed while I was working.
I was worried my PC was suffering from some virus or malware and brought it in for Jeremy to take a look at. Not only was my computer several years behind the curve, but I needed a whole host of replacement parts. I spoke with Jeremy about a payment plan and he was able to work with me while I paid it off over the course of about a month and some change. My communications with Jeremy were always informative and professional (he really knows his stuff!) He gave me plenty of options to choose from when it came to possible replacement parts, even going in depth about the specs each provided. And when I made my final payment for the PC, Jeremy was kind enough to offer a drop-off of my PC at my house! He made it just shy of 8pm (his store hours are until 5pm) and I greatly appreciated how much effort he put in for me.
For my experience, I wasn't worried about getting my PC back in a timely fashion. I was more focused on the costs, since I know that PC repairs can be expensive. If the cost is something that is keeping you from getting your PC or laptop repaired, I'm sure that if you explain that to Jeremy up-front like I did, then you'll have nothing to worry about. I know if I have any trouble in the future, I'll be sure to give Jeremy a call. Hope you (the potential customer) find this review insightful!
