Pear Tree Apartments, El Paso TX

I wasn’t aware apartments have swamp coolers until after I moved in. I should have done more research or asked. A little nervous about that with the scorching heat expected this summer. Complex is updating exterior paint, I wish that money was put into upgrading units to refrigerated air. Other than that, it’s a great complex. Maintenance requests are always taken care of the day they are submitted. Staff is super friendly and kind. The complex is always clean and well maintained. I have enjoyed my time living here.

The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance has been ideal, the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious! The area is nice as well.

It will soon be an year since I moved into Pear Tree apartments and so far everything has been great. Any work order that we have entered always gets resolved quickly, the apartments are nice and spacious. I live in a two bedroom and we have more than plenty of space. Love the walk in closet from the main bedroom and the other bedroom has double mirror closet doors with a lot of space as well. Pool is nice and hardly gets full, the gym could use a bit more equipment but I also enjoy it ️ Highly recommend coming in and checking the apartments out for yourself!

They were very helpful with the application process and very responsive! They are quick to fix any issues! Friendly staff! I have a 3 bedroom and it is very spacious for me and my kids!

Pear tree has been such a good apartment to rent at! They are always quick with any repairs & on time with any questions. The apartments are extremely nice, open, & clean! The pool is a nice addition as well as the gym!

I have had an amazing experience living in these apartments. The staff has always been incredibly attentive. Anytime i’ve submitted a maintenance request, it has been dealt with in a professional and timely matter. The ladies in the office have also been extremely kind and and helpful with any questions or concerns i’ve had. I would highly recommended these apartments- such a lovely and peaceful environment.

We are going on our 3rd month living here and I enjoy our apartment so much. There were a couple of issues at the beginning which is expected but maintenance and staff are always very quick to fix it. The apartments are located in a very convenient spot in town close to Walmart and restaurants. The complex is clean and quiet. The apartment itself is very spacious compared to others we looked at that were more pricey. So far we have no complaints and love being residents here at pear tree!:)

I rarely leave any reviews, good or bad. But oddly enough, I read plenty of reviews before I buy certain clothing, skin care, makeup, electronics, restaurants and even some groceries. My family and I have been residents at Pear Tree for a year and some now. We have enjoyed our stay so much that without having to think about it, we extended our lease for another year. We are a family of three with a toddler living in a two bedroom apartment unit. Our two bedroom feels more like a condo or house because of the sizes of the bedrooms and spacious living area. Not to mention the spacious balcony that many apartment complexes are missing, Pear Tree has you covered. We have recommended our apartments to many of our friends who are looking to move and especially to those with new families. The many things that we enjoy is the area, being that it’s in the center of mesa, easy access to and from the freeway, friendly neighbors, and my son loves the available park. Our maintenance team is the best we’ve ever had, they are quick to respond within 24 hours and do the work well. If you are looking for an affordable, spacious unit, family and military friendly, quiet and comfortable living, Pear Tree is perfect for you!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services at pear tree. The staff is friendly and very helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. And they have ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting throughout all this year and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming residents, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with pear tree, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

Moved here in August 2023, after leaving in my house for almost 25 years. Of course was worried about noise, maintenance and other things. And discover very friendly and willing always to help property management. Request for maintenance always done same day with maintenance professional stuff. Pear Tree management put brand new roof on every property building. Now they prepare buildings for complete outside painting keeping on the same time property in clean condition. Property manager and leasing agent always willing to help. They greeting tenants with smile every time you enter Leasing Office. It is a good and affordable place to live in.

I love these apartments so much so, that we’ve renewed our lease for another year. They’re very well kept, and the staff are so nice & accommodating. Maintenance is also superb, they usually resolve any issues within 1-3 days, sometimes even the same day. I’d highly recommend checking this community out if you’re trying to find a new place to call home!

I am extremely frustrated as I work 2 jobs and took time off to take my friend again to make a final decision to rent an apartment there. Literally, I arrived at 5: 10 pm and the office was closed. It clearly says online and at the office door, that the office closes at 6: 00 pm on weekday. I was there a month ago and the young lady that helped my friend told us that the office closed at 6: 00 pm on weekdays. We waited to see if a staff member showed up, We stayed until 6: 00 pm waiting and nobody showed up. An elderly man stopped and asked if we needed help and we told him we wanted apartment information but the office was closed. The man told us that the manager was gone for the day. If you close at 5 pm, please change the hours online so people don't waste their time going after 5: 00 pm because you are advertising false information regarding business hours. I have a zero rating due to having rushed to arrive before 6: 00 pm.
