Pearl Dentistry, San Antonio TX

I was a happy customer of Pearl Dentistry for the last few years as it's the place I have consistently gone for anything I need dental-related. Went in this morning for an appointment I scheduled and blocked my calendar for, and because I did not confirm my appointment, they cancelled it without telling me. I run my own small business and there are few things I appreciate less than my time being wasted.

These guys are amazing!

Staff? Atmosphere? Bedside manner? And, anything else you can think of? All A+.

Before today? I hated having my teeth worked on. Now? I will no longer hide from my Dentist.

Since I step foot into the office I have gotten amazing service from everyone! I broke my two front teeth in march 2022 and it was a really traumatic experience for me since I loved my smile. I saw them the same day and they were able to help me so much with doing some temporary caps the same day and I was able to get some nicer temporary caps a couple days after that were great! Although the caps didn’t look like my actual teeth before the accident they made sure to let me know that my actual new crowns would be much better and look like my previous teeth. I got my permanent crowns done in the end of may and they turned out amazing! Dr. Cherukadu was amazing this whole time, he has excellent patient care and skills and he really does try to get to know his patients. He also helped me with advocating for me and asking for my opinions especially with the permanent crowns to make sure I love them. He had me send in pictures of my smile to get my teeth as close as he could get them to my old set. They turned out amazing, my gums have healed nicely and come down as well as the crown lengthening on the back of my tooth. Thankfully a root canal wasn’t needed for my more damaged tooth and we were able to move forward right after figuring that out! Now I am getting a retainer to keep protecting my new crowns after accidentally biting my crowns with my lower teeth to prevent me from damaging them and hurting my actual tooth under the crown (it was unconsciously). They really worked with my budget as I am a college student and I don’t have a lot of expendable money and I don’t have dental insurance. They have been so kind and understanding and they truly seem to care for the long term care of their patients. Lily at the front desk has been there with me since the beginning up until this week! She has made me feel better about my situation when I was crying a lot in the office and so has Dr. Cherkadu. Their whole staff is very kind and I felt comfortable being there. If I lived in San Antonio I would definitely have made them my primary dental care center because of this outstanding experience I got these past 6 months! After everything they have done for me I am eternally grateful for everyone in that office, they have seen me in my lowest point in my whole life and have now help me regain my confidence and smile! I have been in and out of Dental offices my entire life. From the dental school at UT to some of the most exclusive dentists in town and Pearl Dentistry is HANDS DOWN the best experience I’ve ever had. Could not give them any higher of a recommendation!

This is great place to get dental work done! The staff provides great costumer service and care about the patients needs.

Excellent dentist! We all dread having to see a dentist and doubly so when we need some serious work done. I felt that not only were they genuinely concerned but even went above and beyond to provide a better solution than I anticipated. The entire staff is very professional and provide a very calm, relaxing environment. I like that they have massaging chairs in the back office! It was therapeutic all on its own lol I highly recommend this location and I plan to use them from here out. **If you do come, circle around back for the parking! It's very limited up front and on my way out, I discovered the main parking is behind the building! **

I have always been so nervous at the dentist office. This Dr and his staff are the bomb!
They made me feel relaxed and so reassuring that all would be fine.and I'm on the right path to my smile and laughter again.the front desk.is amazing and so pretty and smell divine.lol but for real.the Dr and his tech.awesome! I recommend them very, very highly!

Fantastic service! The front desk staff was kind and professional and even helped me save money on my next appointment by informing me about their dental plan. I had some amazing cleaning done by Norma who went abpve and beyond by teaching me about my teeth's health and giving some great dental hygeine advice. Oh, and the chairs also very comfortable and even give you a nice delicate massage. Highly recommend this place!

I feel confident that I will receive good service, the dentist puts a lot of care into his work and does a great job. I had teeth implants he was able to pull out that bad tooth and set the implant in one visit, took a few months to heal and just had my new tooth placed in. I’m very pleased.

I had two implants done with Dr. Sri. I honestly didn't think it would be possible because so many years had passed since I had those teeth extracted that I had developed bone/gum shrinkage that created a defect cosmetically. Dr. Sri is an extremely caring and patient physician and reassured me he could successfully get the implants done. He took his time and did bone grafting in the areas which healed perfectly. I now have my smile and my confidence back. I am so grateful to Dr. Sri for his dedication and diligence in creating the most beautiful smile possible. The office staff, dental assistants and dental hygienist are all very sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend getting services here, especially if you want implants. The idea of getting implants was intimidating and scary for me but Dr. Sri did such a great job making sure I was comfortable and pain free and that I knew exactly what he was doing each step of the way. They did an awesome job. Thank you so much Dr. Sri and staff ️

Very disappointed with the office staff and will not be returning. The woman scheduling the appointment was very rude. Then after rescheduling the afternoon to accommodate the only time they could get us in, the work needed was not able to be performed. The office staff knew what work was needed since we were previously seen at the office and in the process of having the work performed. Staff also knew the dentist was unable to perform that specific procedure. Then we were referred to a specialist that is not in network with ANY commercial insurance. We were instructed to call our insurance and find someone in network and then have them reach out to the office for a referral!

Dr Sri and all of his staff, from the front office ladies Lily & Viri to the techs especially Mardel are all very helpful, friendly & compassionate when needed, from the first visit and on and on.
I have found everyone that I have had the pleasure to meet and interact with, to be professional in all regards.

They were requesting huge extra cost for crown buildup after one and half years of completing the service as the insurance didn’t cover what they requested.

I highly recommend this dentistry! I had been searching for a dentist since I moved to San Antonio and was worried about finding the right place. After reading many positive reviews I decided to visit. Norma was my dental hygienist and she is amazing! Dr. Sri guided me through the process of getting dental crowns to improve my smile. He is a perfectionist and I am so pleased with the results! Mardel is very sweet and always made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I am glad to have found them.
