Pearle Vision, Houston TX

Had a lose screw in glasses that kept falling out. Took it here and they fixed for free in 5 min. And I bought my glasses elsewhere. Will look to Shor here in future.

I came in to fix my glasses after sleeping on them. They were not sitting straight. This place is awesome. They went out of their way and helped me for free. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store. They advertise that they adjust your frames forever after purchase. They never said that they will break them and them act in a rude and unprofessional manner when a complaint was lodged over the breaking of the frames. Instead the response was " well I only broke the plastic". The customer is apparently completely responsible for the conduct of the employees. I was angry and walked out. I calmed down and returned and another employee confirmed that Pearle does not consider themselves responsible for the conduct of the employees. I made a complaint online and gave them an opportunity to fix the damage they had done. I even went on line and found that the frames were reasonably priced at a retail mark up and assumed that they would much cheaper for the company to replace. After, three weeks the silence was a sufficient response. I have a new prescription but I would never recommend anyone ever patronize this business for any reason at all. If I could rate them less than zero or one star I would.

Dr. Diab is the first optometrist in decades who cared enough to ask me questions beyond can I see xyz. He also is the first eye doctor in decades to voluntarily advise me of some concerns. His optician Carlos was also extremely helpful explaining things about my new glasses. I referred my adult daughter to Dr. Diab, and she likes him and his team as well.

I highly recommend Dr. Diab at Pearl Vision, as their service is excellent. I have been a loyal patient at this office for several years now, and their outstanding service has never disappointed me. The assistants are always incredibly helpful and ensure a smooth experience. Dr. Diab's extensive knowledge in the field is evident, and I trust their expertise completely. I genuinely cannot think of any way they could improve their service. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experiences at this office. Thank you!

Very Professional. I’ve been going to this office for 10 years! Dr. Diab is patient and thorough during the lens eye exam & shows the options (a or b, etc.) as many times as you need. They always gave me a mini contact solution to take home too. I moved states and tried a new doctor out and it made me miss Pearle Vision on Kirby!

Awesome service. The rep that assisted me was SUPER patient and very helpful. I thought I had it in the bag and knew what I wanted until I started trying things on. She was very informative of quality by name brand, price efficiency etc. She gave great advise on looks and feel for the face based on my personal preferences. I actually have a location closer to my home, but I'm glad I chose to go to this one. Elite experience. Highly recommend, nice options with plenty of variety available. Communication was timely with placing my order and the turn around time for customization was faster than expected.
