Excellent staff in both offices and Great Doctor listened to all my needs. I am extremely happy.

Very friendly staff and doctor… process and transactions were smooth and they even have my glasses half the estimated time of delivery.

I wanted to use Medicare benefits to purchase new contact lenses. I had gone to several locations but no one knew how to access the benefits. I called Georgetown Vision and they knew exactly what to do. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I could get what I needed. I wished I had gone there first. Excellent service!

I expected the process to get new glasses would be long, but every step from picking them out, to receiving them was seamless and quick!

Very short visit to get prescription filled. It was like they read my mind for frames and options on the lenses. It was thought it might take up to 2 weeks so I was very pleasantly surprised that they were ready in just 2 DAYS! Wonderful experience! I rate them 10 out of 10 possible points. They will have to settle for all 5 Stars.

Laura is a great optician. She took the time to help me find the perfect frame, explain my insurance benefits, and offer the best options for my needs. I feel like I was cared for in the best way. Y’all go see Laura!

I have been a Pearl Vision customer, at the Wolf Ranch shopping Center in Georgetown, TX for approximately 10 years.

The store is extremely well stocked and maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have never received a bad pair of eye glasses from them.

I broke a pair of glasses trying to adjust them myself. Clearly my fault. Pearl Vision honored the guarantee and quickly replaced them. Great customer service!

Great Staff, BUT
I purchased two sets of glasses (1 regular prescription glasses and 1 prescription sun shades) Total paid was over $1000.00. I have Medicare Insurance but I was told that Pearle's pricing was much better than Medicare.
Issues:
1. You must acknowledge and sign several policies regarding returns. A lot of fine print and exceptions.
2. I chose a regular frame and lenses. The frame was priced with a tag on it. My specific wants/ Rx needs and pricing regarding the lenses did not come from a price sheet. Nothing regarding pricing was ever shared with me from a pricing document. All information and charges were from the memory of the staff member.
3. This pair of glasses were returned because the lenses were too heavy for the frames, they kept falling down and caused abrasions on my ears and nose. These issues should have be assessed by the trained staff more thoroughly, prior to my purchase. They did try several adjustments but nothing worked.
4. I had paid for insurance initially and now had to pay another $30.00 for a new pair of frames. After wearing these frames, they did not fit properly either. They slipped off my nose and caused ear painful abrasions. Several return visits for adjustments were made. Multiple staff members tried to make adjustments. Still not fitting well. I was told that my warranty had expired and I could not try another pair of frames. I must pay full price.

I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service, store polices and the quality of their products. Also their pricing is outrageous. Staff should be trained to recognize potential issues that may occur with the glasses chosen and inform the customer accordingly.
This was my first time to use Pearle Vision and I will never return or recommend them.

The best place! I have had the best customer service experience here, since actually picking out my glasses and taking my sweet time, to the two separate times I myself have hurt my glasses. The warranty is a must, I scratched my lenses and they fixed them right up! Second time I broke an arm on my frame, and I got an entirely new frame! They even were sweet and patient while my babies came in the store with me! I’m super grateful to Pearle Vision! Trust me, don’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Birkmann and his team are absolutely the best. I had a little issue with my eye and they fit me in right away as a new patient, checked my insurance and had me in and out really quickly. The front desk ladies were so sweet, the doctors assistant was professional and the doctor himself was thorough and really nice. I appreciated them fitting me in same day! Highly highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait. They got me right in. The Dr.took the time to listen and answered all my questions. I ordered new glasses and they came in early! That was a great surprise! I highly recommend them for all your needs!

All aspects of my Pearl Vision experience were fantastic. The exam side went smooth and the eye doctor was very informed and helpful. The eyeglass side was efficient and fast. A great experience overall.
