Pearle Vision, Fort Worth TX

I went to Pearle Vision hoping for something different than what I’ve experienced at other eye care providers. I needed an exam and I was interested in obtaining some new prescription sunglasses. The exam was pretty standard until Dr Nguyen discussed my results. Not only was the information provided different than what I’ve received in the past, I felt as though she genuinely cared about my health and eye comfort (those dang Texas allergies). With my new vision script in hand the team assisted me in building a killer combination of options for the most awesome prescription Oakley sunglasses in town. The glasses look good, I can see great, and the entire experience was fantastic. Highly recommended!

It was my first time Dr. Kara Nguyen. She did a thorough eye exam and the extra screening for any signs of disease inside the eye, too. She completed a contact lens exam and really explained how to treat the symptoms I was having from sleeping in my daily lenses without scolding me ;) The entire office staff was amazingly friendly! There was no wait and the office was perfectly clean and brightly lit and looked wonderful.

I had my eyeglass prescription done there and was very Satisfied. Cristina was very helpful helping me pick my frames, she wanted to make sure it was right and that I was comfortable with my choice. She was so professional and nice and friendly and her co-worker didn't get her name but she was nice and friendly also! When you walk in the door you get a warm welcome! So thank you Cristina and Pearl Vision I love my new glasses

I received my prescription and after a couple of months my prescription had changed. The staff was quick to make the adjustment in my prescription and work with my insurance to get issues resolved in a quick and convenient manner. I appreciate not only the professionalism, but the kind and courteous staff to get my issue resolved quickly.

The store itself is beautiful, the workers are very friendly and a nice selection of frames.but I was turned off how the doctor treats her staff. I felt bad for her staff, I wanted to say something but I could see how her staff felt defeated.

This is a great place.made the transition to trifocals more bearable. I highly recommend the Rivertree location. Friend staff, Kyra is excellent at her work, and customer service is top notch.

My old glasses were falling apart which meant that I was past due for an eye check-up. The doctor gave me excellent service, graciously answered my questions, and made a minor tweak to my previous prescription. The optical staff were patient and helpful in getting me fit with new frames and lenses, and (shock) even had my prescription in stock. First time that has ever happened in my life (and I'm old!). I'll definitely be back.

Tried to charge me double for an exam than they charged my sister because they didn't know she had already been in. Charged my sister 80 dollars for an exam for contacts and tried to charge me 160 the next week. The receptionist was blatantly trying to rip us off.

Just got back home from waiting over an hour to be seen for an eye exam. I got there at 10: 15 and was told that the eye doctor could see me at 10: 45. I filled out the paperwork and was told there was one person ahead of me. Soon, I realized other people with later appointments were being seen before I was. I inquired with staff and was told that I was a walk-in, so I had to wait for everyone else who had an appointmen before being seen, even though when I came in I was told I'd be seen at 10: 45 and that there was only 1 person ahead of me. Huge waste of time, will not be going back.

My husband and I have received great service here. Everyone was very nice. In ten years, this is the best contact prescription I've had. Thanks!

Great experience. From out of state and needed my glasses adjusted. Employees quickly responded adjusting both pair of my glasses and ensuring that I was completely satisfied. Thank you

The doctor is great but the customer service is the worst. It has taken over a week to get glasses. Have called and was told they would track them and call me back.that was 2 days ago! Not to mention the cost they added and told me I would have to pay in order to get my glasses. Poor service!

This place is amazing! And the people are even more amazing. I flew in from Maryland for an event and spoke to Ms. Denise via phone before my arrival. When I arrived she went above and beyond to help me. I've never experienced that type of customer service before. I wish that all of my customer service experiences were that great. And the manager was just as nice and sweet. I love leaving a place excited about the purchase I just made. This duo really cares about the customers and it shows.
