On the day of testing my stress and anxiety level was through the roof! The NCLEX can do that to you lol. Needless to say, the ladies at Pearson were very strict and professional. I could tell they took their job very seriously. I actually appreciated their no nonsense approach upon entering the office. I didn't want any mistakes or miscommunication. I followed every direction lol. However, once my test was completed and my locker key returned, the light within the ladies turned all the way on. Their encouraging words and bright smiles showing all 32 teeth (lol) really helped calm my nerves! Great job ladies! Business first then we can smile about it later!

Reading the reviews made me a little skeptical about this location but I took the PE test there and had a very pleasant experience. The staff members were very polite.

Easy check in process, all the ladies were kind and made sure we were processed correctly for the exam. A heads up, this testing center does additional checks than a regular pearsonvue center.

Honestly not sure why people had such negative experiences, taking a test is stressful, but the workers here were kind and encouraging. The test area was quiet, if you sit by the window you can hear the road noise a little. Didn’t have any issues getting in or out but I advise you get there early for your test to be first in line.

I had a great experience taking my test here. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but it was the only place that could take my availability. The employees were friendly and was proper according to their duties. A Clean and nice place to take a test

Avoid this location for any important tests. I elected to write an MCAT exam here March 2022 due to it's proximity to me despite negative reviews, and I regret it.

Multiple proctors distressed and degraded me and all other test takers as soon as we set foot in the door. There was no winning; they yelled at us for standing in line, but then yelled at us for taking seats during check in. When patting us down between breaks, they would not give us directions, staring at us, then snap at us for not holding our arms the right way or turning our pockets out with a certain technique. It was like they were reveling in their power by withholding info and setting us up to fail, so they could then disparage us and exacerbate our anxiety and distress.

During the exam itself, I actually lost significant time despite coming back early from every breaks. This was due to the proctors being too slow with re-entry pat downs (probably due to the yelling taking extra time), then unable to type their passwords correctly to sign my computer in the first two breaks. I had to watch helplessly twice as two different proctors couldn't log in, and had to traverse back and forth across the building floor while my timer went negative and I lost time on each test section. This led to me skipping my remaining breaks and lunch during the remaining 5 hrs of testing to avoid anymore lost time. My stamina, mindset, and performance were all negatively affected. I considered voiding my exam because of the experience, but ultimately did not.

My exam scored at about 10 points lower than all my practice exams preparing for this MCAT. When I re-wrote the test at a different Pearson center further away with much better ratings, I scored 14 points higher without any additional studying. A >2-standard deviation jump

TLDR; Horrible experience. The proctors here will aggressively verbally and nonverbally deprecate you, play strange mind games, and be slow/inept in ways that may cut down your testing and break time, lowering your scores.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Do not take your test here. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They are aggressive and demeaning to test takers. If you have a choice go somewhere else. It’s not conducive for a test taker to begin a test after being treated so disrespectfully upon entry into the office.
