I came to see apartment showed to me by Kioshyi very friendly and helpful. Found my next apartment

Update: me and my fiancé have been here since august 8,2023 and so far we love it here! It’s very quiet and maintenance is pretty quick.
Just recently toured this property with my fiancé and Nat was very informative and very nice I felt like we have been friends forever. She gave us a really good deal and we can’t wait to move in August. I am coming from a very expensive apartment in coppell that just didn’t give two craps and has so many fees up the Butt and this place was a nice change.

This was one of the most pleasant application processes ever. I worked directly with Nat, however everyone in the office was so incredibly pleasant. I felt so welcome. Nat had a ton of resources that I was not aware of, yet even without that, I was leaning towards this property over other similar ones already because of the hospitality of the office team alone. Being kind and hospitable really goes a long way. When you are choosing a new a home, you really want it to feel like home.

Today is move-in day for meeee! I am beyond excited words cannot even express it! I think Charlies Angels work in the front office! Because Kioshyi & Nat made the experience smooth, very pleasant, and comfortable. The care they took of me has been nothing short of awesome! Kioshyi stayed in contact with me, let me know what to expect and was very informative. Thank you again ladies.

I've lived at Pecan Creek going on 4yrs. The management here are very accommodating. Very kind and Respectful. We especially love, just love Ms. Kioshyi Moses. Very helpful in our time of grieving. Best Management we've had at Pecan Creek!

I am currently looking for an apartment and I really enjoyed this property! The women in the office were kind and welcoming, & Ms. Kioshyi was most helpful. She showed me two apartments and was very informative, & really made me feel a sense of security. The apartments and pool areas were beautiful as well 10/10.

Usually dealing with apartment staff is always a daunting task but Ms. Kioshyi always makes any issue I have disappear! Always satisfied with her customer service!

I visited this property, and afterwards I had to leave a review. Kioshyi was simply the best! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she made me feel like I was already home. My job located me in Dallas so unfortunately I did not rent here, but if you plan on it, go see Kioshyi! She’ll take care of you and get you into your new home! Thanks so much for the hospitality! Newly Moved in Resident been I’ve been here a good 2 months I love the neighborhood and School District, all the Restaurants nearby are a plus, the management & the way the work with you are wonderful Ms. Kioshyi was so sweet walked me & my husband through everything and I don’t plan on moving anywhere anytime soon

My experience at Pecan Creek apartments have exceeded all expectations. The office staff is wonderful and Kioshyi, the assistant manager, is always helpful. The maintenance staff is great as well. Perfect community for my family.

I came out looking for somewhere nice for me and my twins to stay. I was greeted by Mrs. Moses, she showed me the property, showed me two units in which one I fell in love with. She was so friendly, and really made me feel like I my twins and I were her main concern.filled out my paperwork, gave her everything she asked for I am just anxious to move in.
