Pecan Creek on McKinney Apartments, Denton TX

This is a great place to live and I have seen some great improvements and I believe Pecan Creek management is doing everything in their power to listen to the community and build a stronger relationships and needs for their residents. I'm hesitant to leave a good review because it seems everytime I pay someone a compliment in this state, I get slapped almost immediately after. Texas is bipolar or something. Lol. I am doing so anyway because I am super happy here and this property continues to improve every year that I have lived here; going on 6 years. Relationships are important, and this community gets that.

I have been living here for around 5 years and things kept going worse with the management. And it has been the worst in the last months! The maintenance don't show up for weeks/months. You need to call again and again until they show up. They even stopped responding the calls. Our dishwasher has not been working for a month! The garbage containers are constantly full and all their surroundings are dirty, they are not maintained well. When it comes to collecting rents, it always has to be on time but when it is time to do the service to the tenants, it keeps getting postponed. It's just horrible!

I have been apart of this community since 2008. I love it her, and I have no problems with office personnel. They are always kind and helpful.

I really hope corporate sees this review! I moved in a few weeks ago and I was very excited to be in Denton. The application process was wonderful and almost painless. Then came moving day. I was very shocked to see that my apartment was not even ready! There are so many things that are wrong, I cried the first days there. Maintenance is rude and uncaring. The ladies in the office have been really great and you can tell they are trying to rectify the situation but even now there are things not completed and I was promised they would be. The Manager Maria and the Assistant Manager check on me almost daily and communicate with me but not maintenance. Bottom Line get new maintenance and the apartments would be amazing.

Maintenance is horrible! You have to keep calling or nothing will get fixed. When they finally show up stuff isn’t fixed correctly. Also horrible ROACH problem. I would not recommend.

My fiancé and I are about to move in here. All I can say is Amy and Rachel are the best with helping you with your needs. They are always on the right track with everything. We even came into a little hurdle and they helped us out and we got it resolved ASAP. The apartment complex is beautiful. It is way better than others I have seen. Looks to be very kid friendly. It is pet friendly also and that’s a plus. The apartment itself is very spacious and big enough for our little family. I can’t thank these guys enough for everything they do. I also like the fact that it is close to shopping centers and grocery stores. It’s very convenient.

Terrible maintenance here, you tell them something needs to be fixed and they take weeks to go fix. Office management is rude. Would have preferred to give them ZERO stars but this thing didn’t let me.

We have been living here for over 2 years and never had any issues. The ladies at front are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is quick to respond when need. Our experience here has been great.

I've been here for awhile now and truly enjoy call this place home. The office staff are always very helpful and quick to take care of any issues.

I have lived in this complex for years. I love it. The office staff go above and beyond. Amy and Rachel are so cordial, and are highly knowledgable. They really learn their tenants and families. This complex is safe, and filled with families. School zone is good! Maintenance is done in a timely fashion. Grounds are cleaned daily. Really reasonable price for my apartment. Highly recommend.

So happy we chose these to be our first apartment, no other apartment will compare! Everything about the Rosemont At Pecan Creek is perfect, 100% would recommend!

The staff is very friendly and they go over the top to provide excellent customer service to their residents. The property is also very dog-friendly, which we love. Highly recommend living here!

I moved to this place for the convenience of the space and the good condition of the apartments has good areas gym pool and private security private entrance door with general code a good place to live and all the shopping sites that are close to supermarkets stores gas station I am very satisfied to have moved to Rosemont At Pecan Creek.

I was about to call for a tour when I decided to visit the website first to be sure this is where I wanted to be. All of the information I was looking for was right there. When I went in the staff was friendly & gave me all the details about the unit size I was looking at. I’ll be moving in as soon as there’s an availability. I am really looking forward to being apart of this community.

Since I moved to Rosemont At Pecan Creek my experience has been nothing but superb! The maintenance requests are handled super-quick and are always resolved on the first call. Its place is pet friendly.  I can easily get to a variety of restaurants and shops. The gals in the office are nice also.

Absolutely my favorite apartment community. So quiet and feels like a suburban neighborhood. Great community and location!

I’ve been living at Rosemont for over 6 years. I’ve never had a problem at the complex with neighbors, pest, etc. I love having Rachel and Amy in the front office to accept my payments and maintenance request. They are really sweet and make sure my request are taken care of. If you’re looking for a low income apartment at a good rate with great staff, I’d try Rosemont for for sure.

Both the property and the management are fantastic- a rare combination. Before she was my wife, my girlfriend was looking for an affordable option in the city that met all of her preferences at a reasonable price.

I have lived and loved at the Park at Rosemont At Pecan Creek for 2 1/2 years and just moved out this weekend. I really enjoyed my experience here. Everyone from management, to maintenance, to neighbors are top notch people. If you suck at life don't come live here. However, if you are looking for a small town friendly atmosphere in one of the most prominent areas in Texas, the Rosemont At Pecan Creek is the place for you. In my time at the apartments, I have never had any issue with crime or management. I Did have a problem with having too much fun at the Christmas parties. God Bless

My husband and I have been here for a year and absolutely LOVE this apartment complex. The staff is attentive and extremely helpful, and they want to get to know their families living here. We love that! The property is always clean.   I highly recommend Rosemont At Pecan Creek.
