I just had a crown and filling done. Dr. James and Jocelyn were wonderful! Their main concern was my comfort. They explained each step of the procedure, and were very, very kind.

I got an email from my dental insurance company saying it’s time to schedule your next cleaning. I get two free ones a year. I called them to schedule that cleaning.earlier in the year, I had a x-rays and examination done with a different Dentist. I went in there to do my cleaning which includes a x-ray and an examination.my problem is that I didn’t ask for that I just asked for the cleaning.when they contacted me, they said there was no way they could’ve known? Ask… I had A previous x-ray and examination done some where else let’s stick to the plan of doing what I asked for and nothing extra.

Basically, if you ask them for a cleaning, it comes with $200 exam and x-rays regardless if you ask for it or not.

Dr. James and Team are Great and will make your visit delightful. My dental experience with my cleanings and my crown procedure have actually been fun, because they make it that way! I truly have finally found my Dental Family. I learned Kenla my Hygienist is even from my Hometown, how Fun is that? !

Scheduled an appointment over the phone for my spouse, informed them there was no insurance and asked if they either do a payment plan or would mail the bill if it was due upfront. Put my card on file and told them not to run it without calling me first and getting permission.

My spouse needs a root canal and instead of providing any services to prepare for that or even supplying him the referral they had promised him.they charged my card without my permission.since i declined the the charge after he had already left the office, they didn't just mail us a bill - why did i provide you with my address then? - as is typical in the medical field if a patient comes in with an emergency and can't pay upfront. Nope, they called the cops.

I usually do better research on dentists and real doctors, because I am very very picky with the provider and the customer service but this was an actual emergency and I unfortunately went with the first phone call I made. I highly discourage anyone from going to this practice. The dentists may be knowledgeable and over the top.but the customer service and the treatment of first-time patients was rather despicable.

Pecan Park Dentistry has a superstaff of friendly and caring people. They have taken care of all my dental issues with clear explanations and willing to take the extra effort to ensure my comfort. Truly 5 Star service!

Everyone at Pecan Park Dentistry was incredible! I was close to terrified to go back to a dentist after not going in for some time and they all made it an extremely comfortable experience for me. Everyone took into account my fears about treatment as well as money and I never felt judged in the least. Dr James was thorough and talked openly about what to expect, and what she was doing. This helped calm my anxiousness. Jocelyn was fun and professional and Miranda was thoughtful in providing answers to my financial questions. I really cannot be more grateful for the care and attention this entire staff provided! Bonuses were the beautiful rooms with views of nature as well as Piper the dental therapy dog!

I've been in Austin for 12 years. I had 8 different dentists the first 9 years. Been with Dr. James and her team the past 3 and don't ever plan on leaving. Best dental office in Austin!

Loved my first appointment today! Dr. James was awesome and totally put my anxiety at ease! My hygienist was awesome as well, forgot her name! Excited for my treatment plan!

Chelsey had her baby so Misty cleaned my teeth and gave me pointers for dental care. Dr Katie checked everything and gave me options. Great visit. Friendly, gentle and proficient! Thanks you all!

Look, I absolutely HATE going to the dentist and typically have anxiety attacks before and during, where I am crying and shaking.
PPFD is amazing. I told my hygienist that I have a lot of anxiety while getting tearful. She was patient, kind, compassionate, and gentle. She listened to me and let me talk. She didn't make me feel bad for my teeth issues. She reassured me that it was ok and they will take care of me. I've never had such kind and compassionate care at the dentist.
They also clearly explained my treatment plan, costs, and answered all of my questions. They're amazing.

Very pleased with the care I received, was able to be seen same day. Staff was all very pleasant. Excellent Dr!
