If I could go negative I freaking would, I have never been so angry they wasted 3 hours of my day to measure length and take my daughters weight. NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME. Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Trash can was full. DO NO RECOMMEND!

THINK TWICE BEFORE BRINGING YOUR KIDS HERE! Very slow! They will make you wait in your car for 30min then in the waiting area for 30min! Then not to mention you’ll need to wait on the doctor to come for 45min. Just to tell you “your child has a cold” so you wait 2hours to see a doctor for less then 5 minutes. Appointment was at 9: 30! Didn’t see doctor until after 11…Has happened every time I come to this place. I said something about it and they just stay silent. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Our Last time here for sure! DONT RECOMMEND NEVER WILL

Worse clinic ever I been trying to call they never answered the phone. I try to text because I have questions about my son's prescription I'm really disappointed.honestly they need a new manager they unorganized they need to be more professional is a clinic

Today I went with my son & 2 daughters they didn’t received my daughter her ear hurt
They are doctors supposed to be helping people instead they send me home
And my other daughter was
Supposed to get vaccines & never got it

Showed up on time for appointment. My daughters were in the room undressed for 1 and 1/2 hours before finally being seen by a NP. We never saw a doctor. Were there 2 and 1/2 hours past our appointment time. They were even out of some vaccinations we needed. Very frustrating. Receptionist, I believe she was new, was very nice.

Just horrible! We used to be able to get in and out and now it takes over 4 hours just for a check up. They never have a set pediatrician even when you request to see a certain one. They don't ever get back to you when they refer to a specialist. Just don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

This place is a joke. Dr. Sheng doesn't have any bedside manners at all. He is very rude and obnoxious. Please go elsewhere

I’m only providing 2 stars because doctor Tran is AMAZING! But everything else is ridiculous! I’ve been held in a room for over an hour on one of my visits because supposedly the doctor was behind but i come out to the lobby everything is off as if everyone had gone to lunch and forgot about me and my baby! And they asked what i needed I’m like “i have been waiting for a doctor to see my baby for an hour, what do you mean what do i need? ”. And now, i needed a daycare form signed by the doctor for the baby day care and they told me i have to wait 2 weeks! I let that slide, so i uploaded the form to the patient portal to wait for a call on when it’s ready. So i call a week later for an update and they said they don’t have a form after not being notified it was never uploaded! So i resend the form via email And turns out the form was ready with a signature the next day! And to finally top it all off, i come to pick up the form and i have to go to another office next door, keep in mind for the same form I’ve waited 2 weeks for, just to be told to wait 10 more minutes for a piece of paper that was behind the receptionist. It’s just a complete mess dealing with them and glad i will not be bringing my baby back.

Been bringing my children here for years wait time was never an issue as it is now be prepare to wait for 2 hrs or more.

My Daughter was diagnosed with a UTI placed on two different medications had a follow up appt 9/2/22 today we arrived on time. There were signs posted that to be seen a mask has to be on and I requested that isn’t acceptable to have a sign up and cancel sick childrens appointment due to not having money to purchase a mask. Today my daughters appointment was canceled due to her not having a mask. This is a violation.that’s denying treatment of care. And this clinic denied my daughter treatment because of a mask.

This place is terrible! They never answer their phones, nor give call backs! They’re not helpful at all!

This doctor office is terrible please don’t let your children go here it take 3 months to signed a form for my son medical supplies ️

My daughter has been going to this place since she was a newborn. Ten years later I’m very disappointed that I will have to find her a new provider. I sat in the parking lot almost an hour and they sent me the intake form 3 times, I filled out the Covid info and texted them a copy of my drivers license. I got fed up when they sent the intake form again! When I went in to confront them about it, the woman couldn’t even find my daughters name! I just told her to cancel the appointment that was now a hour ago and I’d find another provider.

This is the worst pediatrician office ever. The staff is unprofessional and could care less about your time and how their waiting affects you your job, finances or anything else. They had me waiting for 2 hours back in March and I was very late to work no almost lost my job. Today they had me arrive 30 minutes early and I waited for an hour and a half and had patients who arrived after me be called in the back. I was the last person to be seen after leaving work early and rushing over.

Been taking my kids here for 7 years. They used to be the best but have really taken a plunge. They don't answer phones anymore, everything is through text and you're lucky to even get a reply. -Voiced my concerns about my son maybe having autism and have been waiting for over 3 months to even be referred to a specialist it's always a "they'll call you back" "we will get back to you. " Which they never actually do.
-Earlier in the year My daughter was misdiagnosed, we were told she was fine after an ultrasound and 2 doctor visits, next day we ended up in an ambulance to the ER with a ruptured appendix.
They have remodeled everything and it's nice but their care is not what it used to be. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
