Part I didn’t like was that they send the prescription to a specific pharmacy, even before checkout - without asking me. When I asked they said it would be cheaper there - i am sure patients would not like their doctor office to tell them which pharmacy to use. They should just stick to giving the prescription and not force patients to use any specific pharmacy. Let patients decide on what pharmacy they would like

Dr. Ilka Netravali has been amazing! We’ve been dealing with my daughters for over a year and after seeing Dr Netravali, she was able to address the issue and develop a plan of action. My daughter is now doing great! Thank you Dr Netravali!

I’m not sure 5 stars in enough for this place! From the moment we walked in we were treated with so much respect and kindness. The PA Alice was extremely kind, knowledgeable and made us feel heard. We drove two hours for this office. We will continue to come back! Can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Netravali is THE BEST! She treated our daughter with love and professionalism. She cured her in our first visit - and I have no words to thank her enough for that.

Dr Ilka Netravali is amazing. An incredible success story (skin is now so clear) but also has amazing commitment to her patients and their families. She is a superstar and we are so blessed to have had our kids under her care.

The front desk lady seems like she is always in bad mood. Either on the phone or in person, she is very impatient and rude when you ask question.

Was so impressed by Doctor Netravali and the office manager, Joann. The entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable and made my nervous daughter feel completely at ease. I wish we had found Dr Netravali sooner! I couldn't recommend her any more highly.

I recently had the privilege of meeting Dr. Netravali and her team to seek her expertise regarding a persistent skin rash that my daughter has been dealing with for 3 months. Upon meeting Dr. Netravali, her genuine concern and attentiveness towards my daughter and her skin issue were evident. She patiently listened to the symptoms and other medical treatments we had tried with other doctors, making sure she had a comprehensive understanding of the problem before proceeding.
We were referred to Dr. Netravali by another local dermatologist who was confident she could help my daughter. She got us in to see her right away and it was evident that she had done some research on what she thought was going on and her knowledge and expertise in dermatology were truly exceptional. She took the time to explain her diagnostic process, providing me with insights into the potential causes and triggers of the rash. Her professionalism and extensive experience in dealing with various dermatological conditions gave me confidence that my daughter was in good hands.
Throughout the treatment process, Dr. Netravali and her staff were incredibly supportive and accessible. They promptly responded to my queries and diligently followed up on my daughter’s progress. It was evident that her well-being was their top priority. I am very grateful for her urgency in care and that she was able to give the correct diagnosis for my daughter after months of not knowing the best path for her. My daughter told me she really liked meeting Dr. Netravali and her team, and she is so happy that she is rash free. She is also happy that she can still swim and eat ice cream!

I was COMPLETELY disappointed, my child’s skin condition was looking good when I finally got to this appointment, I brought with us the things we were trying. We have been fighting a skin rash for six months that came about after a botched surgery, another surgery was necessary, and I wanted help finding the cause (I feel it’s a nosocomial yeast infection Tinea). Instead of helping me, identify a correct diagnosis and treatment, I was told to stop what I was doing, let it flare up again so they could do another biopsy. That’s all about the dollars, folks. Procedures to bill for, hurting kids. We had already been through that, (and boy did that make it WORSE, and scarred my child) and was why I sought their “expertise. ” Dr. Netravali could have been a hero, and helped us, but instead DID NOTHING! She clung to the previous incorrect diagnosis, and guess what? Steroid treatment is their one-trick pony. That is not helping people, and is a violation of the Hippocratic oath, do no harm. Also they had no new assessment or plan, which is what is required to bill for an office visit. The whole experience seemed very confrontational and that was not my intent, AT ALL, the nurse, ramrodded the entire visit, (Jo Ann? Maybe? Can’t remember) Sad. LISTEN! Learn. Help people.

Stay away from this practice! When my kids visited, they overcharged us during office visit without verifying our insurance company. My insurance company already paid them on 1/7/2023. It has been over 2 months now and we still didn’t receive our refund. We called atleast 10 times in past 7 weeks from calling their office to their billing department. They always say that they will refund but they never did. Seems like a fraud business practice. I would stay away from them. If you really have to see the doctor, don’t pay upfront, pay once your insurance company settles the bill or you will have a nightmare dealing with them for refund!
