I cannot recommend Doctor Wiener and her team enough! Both my young children have asthma and my daughter has special needs, and it is not an exaggeration to say that finding Doctor Wiener has been life changing for our family. Thank you, Doctor Wiener! We saw numerous pediatricians before having the good fortune to find Doctor Wiener, and our family's health has improved dramatically since our children became Doctor Wiener's patients. Doctor Wiener is a remarkable pediatrician and human being. She is smart, compassionate, personable, and devoted. She is a great listener, and she is careful in her assessment and decisive in her course of action. We have had great experiences with her entire team. We are so thankful for Doctor Wiener and her team.

This is a wonderful office led by a caring doctor with a great staff. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and thorough. They treat my two toddlers very well and are very responsive (even on weekends). Also they are very easy/ flexible when it comes to appointment setting. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone with kids.

We LOVE the Pediatric Offices at Willow Bend. The Doctor, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses & office staff is caring, knowledgeable, thorough and VERY friendly! Dr. Weiner’s office has taken care of both my girls since one was three and the other since she was born. Dr. Weiner has been there anytime we’ve needed her and we will continue to visit her office for all of my girls needs.

Our daughter has been going to Dr. Wiener since before she was one (now going on four). She was actually getting sick a lot at the time and Dr. Wiener and her amazing staff were/are always so friendly, welcoming and full of compassion. Every visit they put this concerned and worried mama at ease. Very quickly it becomes abundantly clear the love and passion they have for your children. For a very clearly busy office everything always runs smoothly and efficiently! I can not express enough how awesome the customer service is. Everyone is just so kind and patient. If you or anyone you know is looking for a pediatrician I definitely recommend Pediatrics at Willow Bend. You will be so happy you found this gem of an office.

We brought our twin boys to this doctor out of convenience and will not return.

There is always billing issues and a long wait time, even though we are early to our appointments, we are asked to wait in the car, which is fine, but shouldn't have to wait over an hour in the parkinglot and then another forty minutes in the room. I feel like the girl in the front desk with the raspy voice should not be interacting with patients while she’s eating starbucks. She seems overworked, stressed out and clueless every visit.

Dr. Wiener is HORRIBLE and always rushes the health visit and check up. Not only is she obnoxious, and extremely rude with sarcastic remarks, but she NEVER follows through. She said she was going to send a perscription for my son and she never did! Dr. Wiener cares about money more than the health and wellness of patients.

Unlike Dr. Wiener, Abbie is just wonderful! We are always happy to see her because she makes us feel supported and gives in depth explanations on questions we’ve asked regarding our children's health. She’s professional and clearly loves what she does and has a very gentle approach with our kids. Although we will miss Abbie, we are seeking a new pediatrician. If you like to get treated with respect and want best for your kids, I suggest you do the same.

We love this place! Dr. Weiner is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient! Her awesome staff ensures we get scheduled easily, and they work hard to make getting shots as quick and painless as possible.

Dr. Wiener and her staff is amazing! I love all of the cute decor for children throughout the clinic. If you’re in the Plano/Carrollton area I definitely recommend Dr. Winer for your child/children pediatric care!

I was referred here for allergy shots (really? A pediatric office? Yes, REALLY! And I am so grateful I was!). Great staff, easy location, easy to schedule an appointment, my entire experience has been pleasant from start to finish. Dr. Wiener clearly instills the importance of providing exceptional customer service to her entire team. Very nice job, Doc! I urge anyone to give Pediatric Offices of Willow Bend a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Weiner and her staff are absolutely amazing! They have been so helpful and accommodating with us! We feel comfortable and has been our difficult process with eczema so much better!

The best pediatrician in the plano area! I used to go here for routine checks for my Newborn and toddler and everyone here is so friendly. Dr. Weiner took care of my baby as her own, and when my baby got the flu, she used to reply to all my texts even if it was 1 am in the morning! I moved out of Texas recently and terribly miss her care for my kids.she is the best pediatrician I have ever seen so far!

I am new to the Dallas area and I was recommended to go here by a friend of mine. We absolutely love Dr. Wiener and her whole staff! Everyone there is super caring and professional. My baby unfortunately suffered from extremely bad eczema and being a first time mom I had no idea what to do or expect but sure enough Dr. Wiener explained everything to me in detail and made me feel so secured in her treatment plan (which has been working amazingly). There was once where she had a really bad flare up and within a day she got me an appointment to see a dermatologist. The dedication and care she has is exactly what we look for in a pediatrician. With Covid happening, her office is doing an amazing job in keeping everyone safe and the office clean. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wiener is Absolutely amazing, She is very knowledgeable and willing to to answer any questions concerns or thoughts to the best of her knowledge. She also gives amazing recommendations and referrals to the best known doctors. This office has helped my son through immunotherapy with Shanda Smith (she has been a blessing) as well as any medications and check ups with Diego (he’s been so very great with my son) My family loves this office.
