Can’t say enough great things about POD. They’ve always answered their phones, genuinely listened to our concerns, and we’ve never had an issue getting a same-day appt.
The nurses are so kind and have become like family!
We’ve seen all the providers at some point, but we love Dr. Mefferd & Dr. Watkins! They’ve both been wonderful and made us feel heard.

We love this place. People are very nice. Dr Watkins is the best. He is really nice with the babies. He knows his job.

Worst experience ever. Called 12 times until they answer. Receptionist did NOT help. Sounds like she did not want to work and very bad communication. Saddly after 5 years decided to leave.

Everyone is amazing! Dr. Lewis has seen all of my children since they were little and we couldn't be happier. Her attentiveness and compassion is truly amazing.

I’m putting 1 star as appointment timing vs actual doctor see the patient is huge difference. For eg: If your appointment is at 2 you have to wait easily 30-60 min or may be more. Not worth of time as they don’t respect to your time. I’ll change the pediatrician for my Children on very first opportunity. I feel they call so many patients despite of doctors schedule, look like they are over booked. Nothing against any doctor it’s there process is messed up.

Dr. Neely and the entire staff is so kind and reassuring, especially for first-time parents. They’re great at working us in for last-minute sick visits too. And the nurse hotline is amazing.
