This is one of the worst dealerships that I have dealt with in trying to buy a car. I found the car I was wanting on Car Gurus and got pre-approved. I reached out to this dealership multiple times on multiple days and NOTHING. They kept saying they would get back with me and crickets. No matter how interested I am in the car, the lack of customer service is not worth it.
Very unethical Salespeople… cannot recommend. Needs complete restructuring to the company.
The service department is terrible. We've continued to bring our heavy duty truck there for service that we couldn't do ourselves. Problem is, within a week of getting it back another problem pops up. This last time it was the wiring harness that runs right by the part they fixed. Thats 6k in parts not to mention the hours it takes going through each wire. Just careless mechanics. Not to mention they didn't lock my truck one night and things that were bolted down to the inside got stolen. Of course, nobody at the shop is liable.
We are done with Pegues. I will spend the fuel going somewhere else to get my truck worked on.

I would NOT recommend! Susan Schooley is beyond rude when I attempted to inquire about a vehicle. Yikes, lady. Keep the truck. Look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble with this place.

I have purchased 2 new vehicles from them. They have always taken care of us on warranty or other issues. Oil change prices are competitive with other oil change places in the area, but you have to set up an appointment.
Everything went good the only reason I gave a three star is because when I picked my truck up the front and underside was covered in mud. I spent the better part of the day clean it up. It’s as if someone deliberately drove through a mud puddle. Not sure why they would allow that and not at least make an effort to clean it off before returning it to me.
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the employees. From start to finish, the buying experience was smooth and easy. Any question or concern we had was met and handled quickly and respectfully. Our vehicle purchase price was more than fair and didn't include the high markups that we'd encountered at other dealerships.

This dealership is garbage. I called about a vehicle they have online and they told me that they do not sell to out-of-state people because they don’t know how to get the title and the taxes done

Highly recommend Pegues-Hurst as a Ford Dealership! Purchased 2022 Bronco with zero "market adjustment". Pegues likely could have, yet placed customer satisfaction before the money. Rare in these times.
Very rude. By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any dealership. I will never go back to this dealership.
Once again the service department has let us down. I first had problems, in 2007, with a leak in a Sports Trac. Recently my wife found an Edge, at this location, that she liked. It was a used 2015 but only had 26,000 miles on it. After a few months the moonroof would not close. They said it would cost $3,000 to fix. They could not even get it closed for her. I was able to fix it for less then $5. In addition they kept it a week and were also supposed to repair a part but they had ordered the wrong part. They called her, on Fri, at 4: 59 to pick it up. Just a very poor service department.
