Customer service was good. Friendly cashier. My food however was awful. I ordered the Thai curry coconut chicken. The sauce was watery & had a weird taste to it. It was also very bland. Which is saying alot when it comes to curry. There was practically a whole onion cut up in the dish & maybe 3 pieces of Small chicken. The entire meal was unappetizing to the point I only ate a few bites and threw it away. Very disappointing.

Came at 1 on a Thursday, not busy inside. 2 woman working the front are so polite and sweet. Dinned in: Food was fresh and delicious! Great service and will for sure be back again

Went here a few days after having a tooth pulled. She talked me out of getting what I wanted to keep me from hurting. And what I ordered was great and easy to eat.

This was the best beef and broccoli I've ever had. The staff was nice. I would love to return again and try something else. They have really good food for sure. I recommend to everyone.

Good Chinese food but I was disappointed my to go order didn't have plastic ware provided. It isn't really a finger food.

Do not get the egg rolls for take out. By the time I drove back to work the egg rolls are sitting in a pile of grease.literally can pour the grease out from the container. This has happened several times and now no longer buy their egg rolls. Most likely will not be eating there in the fiture

Did a to go order today, arrived and there was one person be hide counter taking orders and processing them. She was very smart and kept track of every person. I was there 8.27.2018 at 11: 00 to 11: 15, that girl needs a raise! She was super smart and kept up the flow of things.

I like eating here because they have a gluten free option. You can get the sweet and sour chicken gluten free with salad and the gluten free Vietnamese rolls. You do have to ask for gluten free because they have two separate recipes.

I really love this place and generally have a positive experience. Diners should be aware that visiting at lunchtime on a payday Friday will likely result in a looong wait. My to-go order (2 entrees, 1 app and 1 dessert) took 30 minutes to get filled. Food was good and the lady checking orders for accuracy was incredibly diligent.

Served uncooked rice. This is probably the worst pie wei location in Dfw area.

We thought Pei Wei Plano was getting bad, this location is terrible. Worst Pei Wei experience yet. We've decided to not do business with Pei Wei anymore, good place/food gone down the tubes. Too bad.

I have been here couple of times and had fried rice which is good when i brought last time. Today when i went to get the fried rice for togo, when i brought it back to the work the rice is half cooked and the rice is crunchy and went back to complain about the rice. They made another one and gave it to me, which again the rice as it is crunchy and not able to eat.

Food took 31 minutes far too long, employee behind register seemed confused.and food taste was average.

Terrible service, incredibly slow. Waited 45 minutes for two entrees. Cook service seemed to give precedence to take out orders.

Food was good. Floors and tables were sticky. Took about 25 minutes to get order. Other than that, 1 thumb up. Not 2 due to dirty floors.
