This the third time that I have made an online order with specific instructions but at the end of the order I have come to find that it has ignored my options and done whatever it has wanted will never use the online order feature ever again I am fed up with it.

Worst food experience of my life there. I have gone to this location for many years. When the pandemic happened stopped going out there. Today decided to go there for a to go order for my husband's request for his birthday. Menu has completely changed. You don't even offer sweet and sour chicken which to me is staple menu item no matter what asian restaurant you go to. I ordered the bourbon chicken and it was the nastiest food I have ever eaten. My husband's Spicy General Tso's chicken was stringy and inedible. Will never step foot in that place again or order from there ever.

Went there for dinner on a Friday night. NO ONE WAS THERE. It had been some time since I was there and will be the last time will go back. They took out their soda machine which was the highlight of going there since the food had never excited me. They now serve you on plastic bowls that gave me impression they don't want you to eat there. I understood why there was no one there since I felt like they wanted you to get your food and leave! You're NOT welcome to eat here!

There were flies swarming in the restaurant which we were told can't get rid.

The portion size is not worth the money so I always had to fill up on fortune cookies. They used to have orange slices yet took those away also.

I should also comment they skimp on the ingredients as my wife commented they left out some ingredients with barely putting in others. She had to ask for some of them which should have been in and was told others now cost extra that used to be in there.

There is nothing about that place which makes me want to go back. If you want a take out place with mediocre food, go for it. Just don't expect to see me there.

I've eaten here in person a number of times but this was the first time to order for pick-up. My items were ready when arrived. The parking was good and the staff quickly presented my order. It was bagged nicely including with chop sticks. The food was hot and tasty. I will be back.

I just tried the new firecracker Chicken in the new chicken pot stickers they were both really really good I highly recommend them

Food was delicious and fresh as always. The cashier was very nice and even gave my wife and I complimentary drinks!

I got the spicy Tso’s chicken and fried rice and it was not good. Also got Crab Rangoons and it was like tuna fishy. Never going here again.

The service was fast and friendly. The noodle dishes are delicious and the portions were generous. The dimpling soup wasn't very good though. The interior was clean. Self serve free refills drinks.

Very disappointed. Two of the meals tasted like they were sitting for days although they say they make the food to order and the third one now that might be the case because it was raw.

I had not visited this location in a while. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and placed my order. My food came out very fast. My kung pao chicken was made perfectly.

I've had about 40% of their entrees and they're all good.

Update - I tried to Bourbon Chicken and it was okay.

I've always liked the food, sometimes in the past the orders have gotten a little not as precise as I would like but I gave it five stars today because the kid that took my order was incredibly patient and put me at ease and even brought my food out to the car for me, I got two family bundles so it was kind of a big bag, but he didn't even hesitate. Such lovely customer service I wish I knew his name!

Had the Honey Crispy Chicken with fried rice. It was really good, cooked perfectly and the service was fast. Afterwards I got a to-go order and service was even faster. I hadn't been there in quite sometime, but I'll be back soon.

Purchased two Orange chicken dishes today. Very little chicken in the pieces, it’s mostly batter.

Understand the recipe recently changed and that other parts of the chicken are being used now.

Have been going there for many years however will never go back again. No reflection on the employees it’s not their fault, they can only serve what’s being provided to them.

Food quality has declined. I was waiting for my take-out and observed the guy behind the counter grabbing the dumplings apetizer with his hand without gloves. At the same time he was handling the receipts for the orders. I requested to be exchanged. What happens when no one is watching? Food handling is unsafe.

Great food good price. Essentially a half price PF Changs

Updated: Been going here consistently for years now. Service is always beyond exceptional. Kudos to the staff here, super cool people.
