Terrible customer service. Placed on hold for over 20 min.as I drove to go order. Almost no one in the restaurant. Lady at the counter told me they just don’t answer the phones. Wow.

Pei Wei used to be sooo good before, now they’ve reduced the food portions for a while now. I thought the place would bounce back after covid but NO.and the restaurant is not as clean as before!: (used to be my favorite place to go eat and now i dont think i’ll be back anytime soon

Rude staff, rude management, bad food, sticky tables. When this place first opened it was top notch. Now it's bottom of the barrel. Panda Express is waaaay better.

My shrimp were soggy other than that it was great. I wish the crab wonton was just cream cheese

Closing at 8: 30…reluctant service…chairs on tables while people are dining. Begging for 5 star reviews.

This place is definitely under rated. The food is very good. I always get the chicken pad thai with another plate. I got chicken and white rice plate with pad thai and they give you like to squeeze on top which gives it a fresh acidic flavor. I wish I choose an option that had more vegetables, the next time I will. The chicken egg rolls are very delicious. I thought they were going to be very small but they were a decent size. I wanted to get the crab wonton's, but they are way too small for my liking so that's not something I would purchase there. They do need sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls. Other than that, the food is good.

Good food thanks to the chefs, noodles no flavor.lady that served us seemed irritated ever since we came in, won’t dine in again for sure. 10/10 to chefs

If you want a freshly cooked food come to this place. They have a great food. Not a long wait either. Staffs are well mannered and friendly. Their pricing is not that bad. Cant wait to come back again.

The place has really gone downhill. It was dark and the only thing you could hear was the employees talking about their private live. They need a drive thru because they are basically panda express at this point with serving everything in to-go bowls.

Me and my office would order here once a week. Never more. Setup a pickup for 11, got there at 11: 15 and was told it would “be a while”. Asked to cancel orders and was told to do it thru app. Guess what you can’t do on the app.

Ordered a lunch special. It was ok.
Also Ordered brown rice as a side. It was brown but that's was about the only thing good about it. Under cooked and stale taste. Prices average.
Not as good as the place near the Galleria.

What happened to Pei-Wei? This place has been here for a while and it was great, then the quality of the food went down for a few years and we stopped going there. Went back to try after a few years and the quality was much better, but now it is back to being bad. I just had the Kung Pao chicken and it was extremely disappointing. The chicken was tough as jerky and the vegetables were chewy. I've honestly had frozen dinners that were more delicious than this. You know it's bad when the highlight of the dish is the brown rice.

Food was low in taste and quality. Also food was served in plastic containers. Not anywhere close to the food and experience i remember from a few years back. However Staff was very friendly.
