Pei Wei Asian Kitchen reviews
18Good place to eat! Staff are always friendly, food is good, and I definatly wasn't bribed by free donuts to make this review haha. Seriously, solid choice for a bite to eat, better than some of the sit down restraunts surrounding here. Top thanks to Kevin.
I have been coming to this location for while now & I leave satisfied & full every time. The staff & the service is absolutely great. Can’t wait come back. Thank you guys for great customer service.
My husband and I are both regulars at Pei Wei. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. We both have gluten allergies. My husband allergies are so severe he had to go to the hospital mine it hives. Usually this location is very good about making sure everything has no gluten in it and labeled properly. Tonight my husband is having a bad flare up and having to go to the hospital. He has not eaten all day. I think there was some cross contamination. I think people don't realize what gluten is and that it's a real allergy and not to lose weight. I think the staff should be more educated on the matter and how to prevent. I'm somewhat annoyed it's very hard due to to eat out, and when we find something we like we stick to it. Because it's very little places that are gluten free.
I understand the staff is not aware. I'm not upset anymore just making a suggestion to help educate others.
Great American-Chinese suburban staple. It's everywhere for a good reason. The bourbon chicken is fantastic and so is the Korean spicy beef. I enjoy the management here they're always clean and friendly. They even made me a dish that was not on the menu anymore. Talk about going above and beyond.
My food wasn’t good at all. I ordered chicken lettuce wraps and hot and sour soup to go.
The seasoning of the chicken mixture was okay, but the chicken was fatty with a lot of what seemed like skin? The hot and sour soup was very greasy and didn’t taste like other Pew Wei’s hot and sour soup At All and it had chunks of some type of meat that I have Never seen in that soup at Pei Wei (or PF Changs). The hot and sour soup is usually broth with cubs of tofu and very small pieces of meat and water chestnuts. The flavor wasn’t good either. I didn’t eat the food and will not patronize this location again. Not a good experience.
Customer service friendly. Now hire was patient and asked question to make sure our experience was great
This is a great location. Very easy to get to from the highway and back on if you’re reading this review while driving. The food was good and we received great service. Peo Wei is always a winner for good food that doesn’t take forever to get.
I had Pei Wei over 9 years ago for the first time. Today was a reminder how great the food is there!
Claudia not only took our order, insured that the chef added extra ginger and chili to my beef with broccoli, brought our food to the table, provided to go containers, cleared our dishes, and did it all with a smile, but what was beyond believable was that she chased us down as we were about to drive off, shouting, “you forgot your purse! ”. She ran half way across the lot to bring it to us, saving us lots of anxiety over losing my daughter’s expensive purse, credit cards, money, and peace of mind. Thank you Claudia, I hope you get a promotion to MVP with a commensurate raise!
We tried this for the first time tonight. We had bourbon chicken, orange chicken, honey chicken and kids lomein. It was TERRIBLE! I’ve never had food that tasted this bad. It tasted like chemicals. The rice was dry. Save your money! Do not eat here. Go to Panda Express. This place makes Panda Express seem gourmet. Such a waste of money.
Jessica and Christina from the Parks Mall on Cooper are the best Pei Wei ever. Whenever we go they always get it perfectly.
The chefs and sous chefs are fantastic!
Best Pei Wei ever!
The foods were very very salty, we both couldn’t eat them, the waiter changed my food, but my boyfriend said it’s ok for me, but he is too shy to change the food. I got second dish (that was very nice of waiter) but still was salty, my tongue was burning. I got very bad headache while we were there.
The food is good when it gets delivered on time. I don't know who their delivery service is but our food has been cold the last 3 times.
We pulled up right before they were closing. They cooked our food to order. It was fresh and hot! Nothing bad to say. Even though they were doing their closing duties the cashier took care of us! We would revisit that location.
Incredible flavor and quality service, if I'm working around these parts it's always my favorite place
Crew is working their butts off tonight, clearly short handed, but still friendly and making sure everyone gets what they need.
Once again, I had an awesome experience at your location in Euless, Texas. I had visitors from Germany that have never been at your place and your employee. Kevin was more than accommodating, and even gave us a little sample so that my German visitors could experience some thing new. Thank you for hiring Awesome employees like you have! At a boy KEVIN
Worst restaurant on the planet, totally rude and the workers seem like they hate everyone that walks through the door. I will never go back their after today, unacceptable.
