The two ladies that was working behind the counter was very rude. They both swear that they pack the broccoli beef but lied. I was going to have them remake two of my orders but since that one lady said that they did packed the broccoli beef and when they did pack it they had the wrong item in the bag and smash my chicken broccoli all over in the bag. They don’t even say sorry.

Service is good, but food is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if it can even be considered edible, and for human consumption.

The food wasn’t great, chicken was dry I just really didn’t like the taste the service was amazing tho and the people were nice

Haven't dined in yet. Delivery people are very nice. Food is great. Portions are good. Love the hot and sour soup. I wish the duck would be available when I call. I absolutely love duck. I will continue to try and order food anyway.

The food was delicious. The server was professional and informative. The atmosphere was clean and refreshing.

This is my all time favorite location. I was sad when the UTEP and Viscount locations closed. However, this location is bigger, cooler (AC), and great service. The lunch special is on point and good portions. Lastly, they deliver even out to McCregor range! Wish I had that back in the day.

I ordered a BAO BAO platter and it didn't have the items it states on the menu. What was on it was fried, burnt and cold. The rest of the food was cold and had no taste to me. It was over an hour late and after 9 o'clock at night and my son needed to eat so had no choice. The order was already late and then apparently it was spilled and some needed to be re made. No notification of this even though a number was given when placing the order and was only told about it after I called twice asking where my order was. They gave us a 3 liter soda as a consolation prize. Our total came it to over 60 dollars.

Ordered on-line. She stated 20 minutes. I drove over and waited a few minutes. I carried out hot, delicious food to my family. It was delicious. We will be ordering again.

Called In for a Oder they said it would be ready in 10 mins got there 15 mins later and my Oder was not ready I then noticed that the cook was just standing around on his phone I watched him for a good 20 mins and he was just standing there my oder took another 20 mins bad experience reason I went in to pick up is delivery took even long but now I understand why is the girl answering the phone is rude also on her phone just like the cook was then they blame the delivery drivers for not taking the food on time.

This was our first visit here and I have to say everything was great! Our server Sienna was super sweet and very helpful, she did an amazing job! The food was delicious and flavorful we ate the general chicken, hunan beef and the sesame chicken along with the beef fried rice and lo mein it was all so good! Definitely will come back!

Ordered catering within 48 hrs before the party. The food was great, and it was delivered to the establishment free of charge. The portions were plenty to feed the party of 100. We have been ordering from here for a few years, and they have always been on their game.

The waitress with the black hair has to go! You have two parties that walked in, a 3rd that was obviously already waiting for their order to be taken and your speed of service continues to be at a turtle level speed, then you do not care about serving the little customers that continue to give this restaurant a shot.

If short staffed, (1waitress) then where are the owners of the business? They should be in the front lines assisting their already short staff. I know when my team is behind Cause their work I jump in to assist. Maybe your already short staff should have more support. Cause they ain't in the kitchen.

Everytime I order from this restaurant I have to cancel my order because the wait time for food delivery is about 2 hours. If the food does happen to arrive before the 2 hour mark it is usually freezing cold and greasy.

Not satisfied with the good quality. The food was cold. I got sick eating the coconut pineapple shrimp. The shrimp tasted funny. The pineapple used did not look like pineapple. The egg drop soup was cold too. Not a good experience! I went with my friend that recommended the place. He too was disappointed. Kept apologizing for what happened. He said " it's usually a good restaurant to go to but today I am disappointed we came. I wanted you to have an good experience and enjoy the food, ".

I live in chaparral and they came all the way out here! Delivery was 20 minutes earlier than expected. Used the Grubhub app for this. Food was hot and amazing. Definitely ordering again.

Food delivered was a little cool but it was excellent. Will be going to this restaurant AND having it delivered. Worth the trip or have it delivered.
