My partner and i go here TOO OFTEN! Such good breakfast. Go before 8 or after 1030 to avoid breakfast wait!

Came down for the lights at NASA.

We ended up getting a room at the Hilton for the evening. Looked for a place to have breakfast and went here based on the reviews. It was early Sunday. We were expecting it to be somewhat crowded but ended up getting there while church was still in. The food was awesome but the level of attention and engagement from the staff was phenomenal! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody! It is definitely worth sending them some of your money.

I stopped in and dined at the Friendswood location. First time and I will go back. Great food prepared fresh when you order. The staff was polite and courteous.

Love to eat breakfast here! The food is amazing, the prices are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly! I have eaten several different dishes for breakfast and have loved them all. Great atmosphere!

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the bacon wasn’t crispy in my husbands omelet and the cheese wasn’t added to my scrambled eggs.

But please don’t let that deter you from eating here.

In all honesty we will eat here again if we are in the area!

French toast was on wheat bread Food and service was mid at best and over priced alot not worth the 43 bucks for two adults and a toddler

I have lived in Seabrook for 10+ years. This place has ALWAYS been a fav of mine. UNTIL THIS morning.
A friend of mine and I met for breakfast. We have eaten outside before so she brought her dog. We sit out at a table.we wait.and wait. AND WAIT. 15 min and no one comes out. I go inside and ask for menus. A woman with short brown hair and a black shirt on WAS SO RUDE!
I suggested maybe they put signs up saying 'we don't serve outside during the week'.

If you go, make sure SHES NOT WORKING.

Sat for 15 minute's not very busy was never waited on cant stand sorry service in a restaurant never again.

Service was good. Coffee was awful. Omelet and grits were very bland. Chicken fried steak was very good.

The need more waitresses. Place was good but I was just with my baby and they got others if people that walking in after me before I even got a drink however the food is good

Good food and great service for our visit. Portions are normal size but the drink size is about 20-24 oz.
It's a small place about 20 tables or less depending on group sizes. They do have 2-3 tables outside. This makes it for long wait times. Not the place's fault as customers tend to linger and talk way after they are done eating. They are oblivious to their surroundings.
Also the shopping center has a high rate of cars in the parking lot with several restaurants sharing the common space.
There is only one HANDICAP PARKING in front of the restaurant and is quickly taken. This is worth mentioning because about half the customers that we saw leaving form the breakfast crowd were using canes and had trouble getting in and out of their vehicle. Mostly due to the fact that parking spots are tight and there is a step down/ up to the restaurant.
If you decide to stay for the next available table then you'll get a restaurant pager. Use that time to go over the menu and decide what to order while waiting in the vehicle with the AC on. There is not a waiting area to sit, that I saw, inside or outside. We ordered as soon as we sat down and this helped in our time there. Our food was out promptly which was a good thing since the two other tables that came in at the same time were just getting their food as we were finishing up and asked for our check. Which we paid by by giving our card to the server.

Disappointed in both the food and the service. The sausage was burnt and eggs were watery and both were inedible. I would have liked to communicate this to my server, but she only came to the table twice: to take the order and drop off the check. I wasn’t expecting Michelin star service, but at the very least attentive service and edible food.

We were seated pretty quickly and given our drinks quickly but otherwise, it was incredibly slow, and not only due to a backed up kitchen. When taking our food order after us waiting for nearly 25 minutes, our waitress used that time to also vent about her other wait-staff-coworkers. We were then later asked “has anyone checked on you” occasionally, and only after someone else had checked on us not 30 seconds beforehand, showing a clear lack of communication. We waited another hour (maybe a bit less) for our food despite the place only being about a third full of patrons by the time our order was taken. Then, a completely different waitress tried to give one of our patty’s food to another table. After being corrected, she brought it to us and asked if we needed another plate to split the meal, not realizing that another meal was missing. We told her we were also waiting on another meal, and she actually accused us of placing it on a different order, which was certainly not the case. Another 20 minutes go by and we finally get the other meal. Both were fine, nothing to write home about, definitely not worth waiting around. We asked for our check pretty quickly and were given a completely different check. After that was remedied (meaning we had to hunt someone down to try and fix it since the waitstaff were sort of hanging out in the back), we were given sheepish excuses with no real solution…we were the only people outside at that point and obviously had nothing close to what was on the other check. It was also a different excuse than we heard which was given to another couple visibly upset about the wait-they we’re there longer than us. You’d think the waitress delivering the check would notice that after reviewing it and setting it down. We watched multiple families enter and exit throughout our meal and watched couples finish whole meals before we even got our food. If you can’t handle having tables outside (perhaps that was the problem), please don’t do it. I want to be clear to any reading this that we were very kind throughout the whole experience as both of us have worked waiting jobs before, but at a certain point, it was incredibly hard to be understanding. Very disappointed after seeing the other great reviews, but unfortunately that just was not our experience.

Breakfast is good, service good, food comes out hot. It's not a real big place so if you go around 9: 30 you may have to wait for a table other than that you will enjoy mom and pop place.
