I just met with Drew Campbell from Pella. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products offered and helped me design a problematic window which will replace an unused door with one side light. I selected a new (beautiful) front door and a replacement window and am very excited about getting the products installed in my home. I would highly recommend Pella for any door/ window replacements and am very happy with the help from Drew on making decisions.

I tried to contact this company thru the phone number provided. Their automated system took over four minutes to get through and I could not reach a person. The system kept repeating options even after I made a selection. I gave up.
