I spoke with a gentleman on the phone. He was very nice and knowledgeable about what I needed for my hair!

Then an hour later the delivery driver dropped off my order. He too was really nice and explained the pieces I bought and how to look for quality (this was my first time). It was an overall amazing experience!

Found this company online and was very skeptical to purchase right away. Once I contacted them by phone and the lovely soft spoken gentleman explained how things work etc, I felt a little at ease. I love that they come to customer’s door with the products and no obligations to purchase. The delivery man executed an outstanding customer service and of course after I checked the hair, I most definitely purchased. Will come back and report on the hair once I have it colored, installed and washed after a few wks. Just wanted to leave a review on the customer service!

The hair I've had in for a month now with 2 touch ups. I ordered the Brazilian deep wave frontal 18 in 18,20 & 22 in bundles. The hair is soft to the touch, however though I feel that even though there's no such thing as shedding, I feel that all hair has some amount of shedding just some more then other's. I use the comb that was recommended and the hair does have a fair amount of shedding. The hair is said to be tangle free not the case. The hair does tangle mostly underneath, but easily untangles. I do keep it braided at night and wear a cap over it which I feel has contributed to it lasting and I leave it braided when I'm not going anywhere. I got the bundles @ 63 dollars and the frontal @ 175. Noticed that the bundles are priced at 70 something up to a 22in not sure about the frontal. For the price not sure that I would purchase the hair again due to the tangling.

Peruvian body wave matched with hair and blended well with my own hair naturally. I will recommend this place to anyone. Customer service and same day delivery was wonderful. Thank you!

My Hairstylist highly recommended I purchase their body wave hair and I’m so thankful that I followed her instructions. Once it was delievered I knew I had made the right decision. They have great customer service. They pay close attention to details. Meaning their packaging that I found to be quite impressive. The icing on the cake is that their extensions are priced just right. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I usually buy my hair extensions from a different website online but I was in a pinch as I had a hair appointment the same day. It was suggested for me have the hair delivered to me at the salon. My wife ordered some extensions, 2 hours later they arrived at the door. The person dropping them off suggested I look at the product before he took the card payment. The location to the delivery driver was also shared meaning that we knew exactly when they were pulling up.

I absolutely love every experience I’ve had. I’ve purchased Peruvian and made clip-ins and have had nothing but compliments on my hair! I also purchased the 16” for my ponytail for my bachelorette party and the style was pulled off flawlessly! They are always pleasant and willing to help with any questions you may have and my favorite is that the hair does not have an odor to it like some of the other stores I have been to!

Hair not shed, not tangle, not a smell, it does take dye well, lasted for about a year and then I had purchased more. Customer service is amazing and I love that they deliver to your door the same day. Good for the price I not had any issue with my virgin hair extensions. Hair is good and prices.

The associate was very sweet and helpful and I purchased 3 bundles of 16” the Peruvian wavy. The delivery is fast. No chemical smell and the hair extensions are softness, which I liked and ended up installing almost 2 bundles. After a week of styling and another curling and pass of a flat iron, there has been no shedding, tangles, or split ends. Very satisfied
