Tyler Pennington and his staff are beyond exemplary. My experience over the last eight months has continued to surpass expectations. This is the second time I’ve had to hire an attorney to take my ex-husband back to court, and this experience has been like night and day from my first lawsuit. Tyler and his team have my back, know my case, and I feel safe with them. I could not be more grateful.

Tyler refused to take my case because I had changed attorneys before approaching him. He didn’t even give me a chance to explain the rationale. Avoid because he obviously has no intention of helping people and just wants an easy case to make quick money. They didn’t even offer to explain any items in my case that were of concern - completely unprofessional. The woman who informed me was extremely condescending and rude about it as well - so disappointing, and clearly reflects the level of service I would have received.

This is a shout out to Jessi Houghtby. She was my attorney in a custody modification case, and I am so pleased with her services. This case was far more complicated than we had anticipated, took about 10 x longer than expected and she stayed on top of it the whole time. Jessi was very transparent, never failing to give me a reality check when I needed one. She is compassionate and her fees are reasonable because she has a strong moral compass which is hard to find in her line of work. I found him through connecting with several other attorneys before him. He was referred to me by 2 other colleagues as someone who would be good for my case. My case being one that was unusually involved, was underrepresented in the past, and had significant CPS involvement. He is able to quickly see through the BS and can quickly identify cluster B personality types. For a single mom dealing with a manipulative and abusive ex with a young child in the midst - he was a godsend. I recommend him to anyone needing quality representation in family law.

I have to say first off I really like Jessica and she seemed like a good attorney on my side

But when she went to court to represent me (I was told I did not need to come and other responsibilities and traffic made it nearly impossible) But then was told that in court she did not fight to even change what they went for

Is now dumping me before trial - Assistant didnt tell me for 2 dumps she was supposed to tell me I owed. They let my debt get up to $1900 before really pushing

Now Jessica has already filed or petitioned to not be my attorney within a few weeks and my debt is $2200

Its not right
