Horrible service they do not want to give you a decent loaner truck even though it's written in the contract

Went to leave a truck for PM and pick up a loaner truck and got the run around for an hour. They didn't have time for PM on the truck, and they didn't have a loaner. Won't be going to that location again.

After I drop the truck they send me invoice for maintenance fee 2 weeks later, I think, according to review I have read they do this to everybody, not a good location

Horrible! In a rental that my company is renting. Have a tire blowout, 15 miles from this Penske location and it’s going on 5 hours of me still waiting. When they do repair our company trucks, at times we will get on the road (Blocks away) and have to bring trucks back for the same issues. We beg our company to not do business with Penske, but that same old “We are under contract” comes up. I’m fed up with them. And to add insult to injury, Marcus and a few other makes you feel you are getting on their nerves when walking in the door. You can see the frustration on their faces when walking inside. This is why I always put my phone on record when approaching, to document the rudeness.

Horrible service, just horrible in every way. They scolded me like a 5 year old child for walking in the service area where no signs were to the contrary. Didn’t tell me where my finished truck was so I had to walk the entire 5 acre lot to find it blocked in by another finished truck. After 20 minutes they finally arrived to move the other truck so I could leave.
These people, especially the lady behind the service desk, have no idea what service is, no smile, no courtesy, no respect for my time. I guess since I’m a company driver maybe they think it should be my privilege to have them service the truck my company leases from them. Fortunately, I’ve had good experiences with other Penske dealers around the country so I won’t be recommending my company dump Penske and start dealing exclusively with Ryder.
These folks at this location really need a lesson in customer service, seriously! I only hated rating this location because one star was one too many.

I love renting from this location. The staff is awesome, they are all friendly and happy to help out. The renting process is easy online or over the phone, they always have what I am looking for (business or personal) and I have never had an issue with a vehicle or reservation. I would definitely recommend this Penske Rental location!

First time renting a truck from this location and it’s been my best experience ever. I will be definitely be renting trucks from here. Really clean and clear.

I put my truck in the shop. They don't know when they will look at it. They don't know when it will be ready. Needless to say they had the truck 6 days and it's not fixed?

Too many fee's that are not explained when you make a reservation. The vehicles are great but pricing needs work.

I made a reservation online and it was indicated that there was availability at this location but to my surprise I got a call saying they did not have a liftgate truck available. What kind of business are you guys running? Edit: Even though I was upset, but the man who called me made my day better. He offered his help in a calm and professional voice. Thank you sir.

Its meh. People act nice and helpful. But if no one wants to get my APU serviced at carrier. Should've called me and said so. I would've taken it there myself. My truck sat there since december 23rd till January 2nd. Battery in the truck is dead. So I know for fact no one cared to get my truck over to carrier. I'll just get done myself.

If you want to leave your unit for repair don’t do it they were changing 1 part 2 month and charged for truck and its still not ready. How can you do 1 part 2 month. People changing Cargo Vessel engines in 6 days.

This place will swindle you if your not careful. All I can say is look the trucks over really good before purchasing.

Great experience! Jacob Dike worked out our rental situation with the utmost profit for everyone involved. I was able to rely on the quote given prior to visiting the Airtex -Houston location. Jasmine Dickeson was a delight to work with as well with securing a upgrade in truck size. At 3: AM the roadside assistance noted a issue with low DEF fluid and came out to our Pslugerville, TX.destination and topped our rental off which immediately fixed our low acceleration pressure and put us back on I-35 enroute to Houston, TX. Thanks Penske, for living according to your mission statement and for providing impeccable provisions where needed.
