I hope you are able to read this before you buy a truck here. Stay as far away from Scott, the yard manager, as possible. He comes off as a nice gentleman at first, but at the end of the day he is here to ruin you. I spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to get my business started and the final thing I needed to do was buy a truck. They told me the vehicle was ready the day before. I drove 200 miles to see it. When I got there the next morning, they told me the truck is not ready. I asked to at least see the truck since I drove so far, when the yard manager stepped away, we talked to the mechanic working on the truck. That mechanic was the most honest person at the dealership.he told us that there is a part that they need to fix and the yard manager said not to say anything about it. About it, he said that he was going to have a serious conversation with the mechanic because he doesn’t want him talking to any of the customers. They agreed to fix the part, and due to the recognized brand name, Penske I trusted them. Especially considering it is a tier 1 truck. Now this morning my driver called me and said the truck is broke down on the side of the road and will not move. Do not let them trick you as bad as they tricked me. I bought a tier 1 truck, so that problems like this would not occur within the first couple thousand miles of purchase. After all that, there’s no luck getting in contact with Scott. I’m writing this review as a warning to all buyers, and in hopes that someone from Penske will be able to help me. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau if no response given.

These people saved my life! They might seem a little more expensive than U-HAUL, but when you prepay for a truck that isn’t a available, how much did you really spend? These folks provided what I needed at a lesser total cost and the equipment was FAR BETTER than any U-haul truck I’ve ever seen!

The customer service here (Dallas and Flagstaff) was top notch. I had a brake light issue with one truck - the Dallas staff went out of their way to take care of me. Also stopped in Flagstaff to have a fuel filter replaced. Took less than 30 minutes.

Mike in Service Department late nights was excellent. Very informative about getting the PM done and NOT accidentally getting returned. He also told us a few tips on fixing codes since we will have the tractor for a while. Cody (in yard and at the fuel island) needs five stars put in his file for customer service and froendliness.

Pretty good customer service. I spoke with Arianna who was knowledgeable and kindly help me find a truck to help with my move.
