Extremely disappointed in the service I received from your employee SCOTT. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL. If I could rate store 1644 ZERO stars I would. Wow. Scott cussed me out and called me names …. There should be repercussions. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior.never doing business with your company and I will be taking this to corporate.

Mr Scott was very Helpful in assisting me with my tires including Mr Preston. I will definitely comeback for auto services

They need to hire some techs that know what they are doing and a manager who cares about his customers and not playing a game on his phone. Came in to buy 4 Cooper tires. They put 2 different tread designs on and tried to claim they came from different plants. No, they are 2 different model tires. I proceed to wait 2 hours for them to order the tires in and they still ordered the wrong tires. I had to settle for a cheaper mode cooper that I didn’t originally want. 5 hours in on my 9 am appointment they install them and tried to mount on car with out balancing. I was watching the whole time. Pulled them off to balance and they were balanced incorrectly and installed wheel weights that were hitting the control arm. I told them and they said come back the next day. Went back and the manager was playing a card game on his phone and was extremely rude to us. He snatched the keys and said he will Handle it. Still balanced the tires wrong. Had to go to the pep boys in the woodlands to get the tires done correctly. Preston offered us 2 free oil changes for the 8 hours I was there waiting. I don’t know if I even trust them doing an oil change. Scott was extremely rude and will make sure none of my friends and family go to the 45 and cypress wood location.

Valve stem tore and they were the only ones that would take it in without a 55 minute wait knowing it was a easy repair. Tech was fast and clean.

A employee named John, who works here as of May 24,2021, is super rude. Jeez, the guy was not helpful at all, and quite frankly he was inhibiting me from making a purchase. This location of Pep Boys truly deserves this low-starred review.

This Pep Boys is under new management, and they are efficient, professional and they use technology to make everyone's life easier. If you haven't been there in a while, now is the time to walk in - no appointment needed.

Dropped of my car for a tire patch, came back by after work to pick it up. They told me I was all set. Drive home only to find out they didn't actually do anything. I was suspicious when I picked up my car as it was in the exact same spot and the tire was still a little flat. I had to fill my tire up the following morning on my way to work. Granted I didn't get charged but most tire places do patches for free or little to no cost. It's more the fact I was told they fixed it when they didn't, a frustrating inconvenience.

My whole experience with this particular Pep Boys was one heck of a rollercoaster, not to say the least. But in lure of my whole ordeal with them there (which was a pretty Big One) they took real good care of me in the end.

I have no idea i didnt go there there is more than one business in that parking lot theres a but load of them besides i never hear anything good about pepboys just a bunch of parts changers

Great visit at Pep Boys Richard and the team explained everything up front. Fair price good service plus I received a readout on future repairs for my vehicle.

Honda CR-V- had a little vibration when air conditioner was turned ON which a mechanic friend on examination identified it as the tensioner pulley issue. Since he was busy he recommended the pep boys.
Well I went to pep boys and explained the problem to the owner and the mechanic and told them to replace the tensioner pulley.
They told me to go home and they will have to diagnose the problem after which they would call me - fair enough.
Got a call 4 hours later telling me it was not the tensioner pulley/ crankshaft pulley but the issue was the engine timer. Since the mechanic was new and they didn't have anybody to work on it they asked me to pickup the car and take it to another pep boys service center which had a qualified mechanic.
I went to pick it up and I was told they normally charge $110 for diagnosis but since they didn't have anyone to work on it they are going to charge $55 only (fair enough so far)
Few days later I took my car to another auto center (not pep boys) and had the mechanic confirm that it was the tensioner pulley issue- he replaced it and I have had no issue at all.
I am writing this because they charged me for a wrong diagnosis - imagine if they had a qualified mechanic - he would have probably opened up the engine
I wouldn't recommend this center to anybody other than for a routine oil change etc

My car broke down and I was stressed out to the max when I drove into Pep boys they took care of me right away for a GREAT Low price. They were professional and super helpful. Talk to Scott he's the Man!

I just took my car here for a flat tire. I couldn't recommend the staff enough! Scott was amazing, fast and honest! He wasn't just trying to sell us like most places do. Will definitely be back for all my cars work!

I was told to leave a review to get a discount on my oil change but when it was time to check out the discount wasn't included and I was told to come back to see what they can do

If you get an oil change here make sure they put the cap back on. Otherwise you'll end up blissfully ignorant like me, and stuck with a mechanic bill later on.

Was quoted “a few hours and hundreds of dollars” to have tpms sensors swapped from a set of wheels in my back seat to the set on the car. Discount Tire was able to do it in 30 minutes for less than a hundred.
