Pep Boys, Spring TX

I was in Houston for Easter when my car started experiencing issues. Mike and the guys here helped me out and got me back on the road for the day was done. Mike provided friendly helpful service while being good humored. It was no surprise to find out he’s a veteran! Overall great service that’s hard to come by these days.

Walked in 30 minutes early for an appointment and was greeted right away versus being ignored. They got my car in 15 minutes earlier than expected; completed 45 minutes for 4 wheel alignment. Nathaniel explained everything and didn't breeze by what was fixed. Straight n to the point. I will be back. I recommend

These guys are great! I get all my work done here. Great deal on tires, and lifetime warranty that includes puncture repair and tire rotation.

A manager greeted my in a friendly, professional manner then checked the air in my tires. He also answered all my questions. Again, bye-bye, Firestone!

I cannot say enough positive things about the excellent service I received from this Pep Boys location. The manager, Mike, went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way and make sure I understood what was needed to get my vehicle (2003 Mercury Grand Marquis) back on the road. Great customer service. Came in without an appointment for a defective battery. Mike, the Service Manager, took great care of me. Quickly got the battery tested and replaced. Very friendly service and customer oriented. Definetely recommend this place.

Me and my wife came in because the steering wheel was shaking whenever we drive 40-45mph. A guy named Mike welcomed us and he knew exactly what needs to be done. He did tire balancing and now it no longer shakes. Also we had to replace one tire due to a bump. Thank you Mike for your service.:)

Stopped by for a set of tires today. Mike and his staff did a bang up job! Earned a new customer this afternoon. After a negative experience, they turned things around with excellece. Appreciated the hard work and professionalism as busy as they were on a Sunday and short staffed. Thanks for taking care of our car!

Went in to get new tires and Mike helped us out. He was very patient with us since I couldn't make my mind up. He switched the tires in the system multiple times to find us the right deal. Thank you for helping us out and not making me feel rushed.

So had a little bubble on my tire. I've driven about 36,000 miles on my tires which I got from pep boys.

Came in here which I've never been in here before ever in my life and the guy was super nice he immediately got me in took care of the tires suggested alignment we actually did an oil change and everybody was incredibly nice and incredibly efficient all the work done.

I replaced all four tires with the oil change and the alignment and got it all done in about an hour and a half very grateful and really love the camaraderie in the building.

These people truly like where they work and that makes me as a customer really enjoy the time there.

I had a set of tires put on my vehicle at this location and I am totally impressed with the manager and his team. Scott Pike is the manager and his an exceptional example of a transformational leader. At the time I went in to buy tires he was understaffed and he still managed to provide great customer service. He and one other employee were working and how provide support for that one tech while working the front counter, answering call, and making sure the the was able to take his lunch. Scott I appreciate you dedication to serving your customers.

Mikes customer service was excellent! Super friendly, explained everything very well, would definitely come back because of him!

Even though they couldn't help me the employee that answered the phone, greeted me in person, and explained the problem in depth did an awesome job.

This place is a joke. I set an appointment for 8am when the shop opens. The email suggests I show up 15 mins early, so I do. Its 8: 10 am and the place is still closed, no workers anywhere. I took time out of my day and now I'm somewhere else getting oil change. If pepboys suggest customers arrive 15 mins early then employees should do the same, especially when it comes to opening the store. I doubt the store was clean or even the restroom if they can show up on time. Who ever opens the store should quit because thy obviously don't want to work here!

They usually do a good job but I had one instance where they tried to charge me $20 for just putting air in one of my tires. They said the tires had an issue and needed to be patched up but they just needed air.

Awesome customer service and honesty about the cars actual needs. I would recommend the Pep Boys off ff I-45 to anyone needing service for their car. Olivia went above and beyond in customer service.
