They have too many broken process and the manager is unprofessional in dealing with customer.
Order thru online for a tire and got an appointment the same day evening and i had to tow the car to the shop and i have been told by the manager that he doesn't have the tire and it needs to come from warehouse and he don't know when its going to come. I dropped off the car and went home and called back after the appointment time and they said its ready to be picked up, once i reached there they said they don't have tires and work is not complete. They don't have any idea when the tires will be coming or no one is willing to reach out to warehouse.

I was nervous after having a tire blow out on the highway even more so buying a set of tires. The Pepboys staff explained in detail of my purchase and repair every step of the way. Got me in and out without the usual "repair shop" lingo and wasted time. They found me tires that fit both my need and price range and was extremely helpful and courteous.

We were having some very difficult problems with our car, to the extent that it absolutely would not run. We called our local Pep Boys and spoke with the manager, who was extremely helpful. He asked us to have the car towed in so it could be diagnosed. We got the car there about noon and by 6pm it was totally repaired and running like new for much less than we would have paid at a dealership. We will definitely use this Pep Boys location on S. Hwy 6 near W. Belfort in Houston for any future car repairs.

The manager was great! He understood my needs concerning my vehicle and gave me some great advice. They got me in and out in about an hour.

I had a good experience, had 2 flat tires, they took care of me promptly, and without ripping me off, good group of people.

Rashad and Carrol were extremely helpful. I had a flat tire and came to the store 5 minutes before closing. I was amazed at they spring into action. Not all superheroes were capes. They fixed my rim and put on a new tire; they saved my night. I am very grateful.

Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable with helping me prioritize what needed to be fixed in my car. I’m so grateful for the lifetime brake pads. I can return when they wear out, only pay for labor is a no brainer for me. Thanks again

I took 4 hours out of my day getting new tires and alignment. A simple thing as small as tire caps they lost. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours, pulled up and as they were installing my tires my battery on my truck died because they left my ignition on who knows how long! They had to jump start my truck. As I drove off, I had to turn right back around because there was a message on my dashboard that was not there before regarding my lights. Yet they could not figure out why! Worst experience ever! I would have walked out if it they did not have my vehicle! I wouldn't even star it if it were an option!

Best service in town! Had a brake light go out and they had it in with an appointment so fast. Great team, service, and quality of work. Will defiantly come back for any more problems!

I went to Pep Boys for an oil change and to have my breaks checked (my truck has 106,000+miles). As expected my rear breaks needed replaced. The entire job was complete in just over 2hrs and I received a couple of discount coupons to use during the visit saving me about $50.00. By the way the staff was excellent and the original price was far from excessive. I have used Pep Boys for a number of years and will continue to do so. Their prices and service have been excellent.

I took my Tesla Model S here to fix an air leak in the tire. Everyone was very professional and got me in and out with a repaired tire in 20 min. Highly Recommend.

They fixed the car and everything, however if you have any questions or concerns regarding the service you need or the pricing, do not expect Mr. Williams to give you a nice response! The Man has an attitude problem and gets agitated if you ask him anything concerning money and will start to raise his voice and tell you to take your car and go midway into the service! Rude behavior, but we had no choice given our situation! Zero stars for Mr. Williams of PEPBOYS

I didn't receive any services. I will go back to them for the management and the free diagnostic I did not know they offered.

Carroll was very helpful and kept us informed during the process even though they were short staffed. Will definitely be back for future service!

I really had a great experience at pep boys. My car had a flat tire which was fixed very fast and smoothly. The owner and the person who fixed are very kind.
