Wes and his manager (didn't catch her name) went out of their way to help me out with a defective battery to get me back in the road. You don't experience that level of customer service anymore. Big thanks to them, 5 stars!

I'm done. This is the fourth time I've given this location a shot, and the fourth time I've been let down. This time I had an appointment for 1130am for an alignment, and after 30 minutes of sitting there I asked for my keys back and left.

I think they were down a mechanic, so I understand that there will be delays, but as I mentioned, this is the fourth time I have tried to get service here in the last few years and have had similar issues. That points to a systemic issue and not just bad luck on my part. Can't wait for the Firestone to open back up.

Katie and Wes were amazing! I came In. For a stud ended up have a nail in my new tire that could not be fixed. I left to try to go back to where I bought it they were closed I called pep boys and Wes was able to get me back in and fixed up really quickly. I recently went back because my ac went out and Katie was amazingly she got the parts I needed and ready for the next day. The whole team was amazing and very compassionate. The whole crew is wonderful.

Wes was helpful from start to finish and Ruben took care of my vehicle. I have more confidence now for an upcoming trip thanks to their input and service.

I came in this afternoon to have one tire fixed as it got punctured this morning. Katie was so nice and accommodating and have it fixed in no time, and for FREE!
God bless your business a hundred fold for your kind service!

I brought my car in for a free a/c inspection that cost me $75. I got my car back and my radio display is no longer get working correctly. I refused the service they "needed" to do because of the enormous cost that was quoted. Everything else was great. Always have super nice and professional workers and have done good work in the past. They just dropped the ball this time.

I like bringing my vehicles here for services. They installed 2 tires on the car very quickly in 30 minutes. The lady that work at the desk is always transparent about the services being rendered & how much time it takes to complete. The crew did an amazing job. Kudos!

Took my daughter's car to get an alignment, after I replaced the tie rods. I told them that I left the boots loose and unbanned, and asked if they could do it for me, I was willing to pay for that. Well when they finished, the tech completely loosened one of the tie rods, so when they pulled it around it fell off, and damaged the new tie rod I just installed that day. They replaced the tie rod for free, and put it on. Fast forward a few months, and my daughter tells me her car is making a weird noise when she turns. The tech didn't put one of the boots back on the rack and pinion, and water has gotten in there and causing rust now. I've called multiple times and the service manager is never available, all I want is this problem to be resolved. Will not do business in the future with them.

I get an appointment a week ago and get here at the store they notify me now at the same time as my appointment they can do the service cuz has a lot of cars without a courtesy call to cancel or are scheduled it. Poor costumers service.

I wanna say thank you to west Roger's at this location he was such a good help and he went the extra mile to help me out. He help me look for another tire at a different location. He's amazing

Have my tire with me been pulled out of the rim to fix it stopped by this location at 5pm on Saturday seeking for help to install the tire do balancing and rotated with the rear
No parts needed no programming needed
After 2 hrs of waiting finally got the car back tire complete but not rotated and the spare was thrown in the trunk.
Charged $32 and 2 hours of waiting just for one tire where regular shops would do more than this for $10.
Turned out they charging things not needed such as parts $12 without saying what parts and servicing TPS which already installed its one year old have no issues and charged for handling tires when don’t have any old tire!
Not honest and very poor quality.
Stay away!

It's okay! The manager Tommy was kind and attended and solved my problem quickly! I have been a Pep Boys customer for a while and I recommend them!

Mr. Tommy at the Pep boys on Garth does excellent work! Helped me out in a big way too. Definitely would recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

Horrible experience. 11 o clock appointment. Arrived at 10: 11 thinking it was 1030. I offered to leave and come back as I am busy and Tommy the manager says no he’ll get me done. It’s now 12 pm and I’m watching some kid stand under my car and text. Please just don’t come here lol

I went in with a bad tire that separated on the rims, I couldn't get it off to save my life but they were able to help me out and were very friendly. I highly recommend going to see them.

So wonderful experience with Pep Boys. We plan to have long drive, but the tire is punctured when we start trip. Pep Boys repaired very fast and double check tires to guarantee we have safe trip. Thanks a lot to very nice shop owner and very good intern. Strong recommend this trustable Pep Boys to everyone.
