Pep Boys, Arlington TX

I went to this place, they are very friendly but I have taken my car 3 times and they always leave it bad and I am tired of insisting and I will never return.

These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I would respect them more if they just told me they don’t know how to change a taillight.

I came in this morning for a nail in my tire and was worried about driving back to Oklahoma. The 2 guys working today were amazing and answered all my questions and reassured my worry about driving all that way! Wish I grabbed their names. Thank you!

Kevin and his crew took great care of me. I needed an AC Recharge, and he told me that his tech was about 4hrs behind but that he would get to it. I decided to leave my vehicle and caught a uber home. Kevin called me when I was almost home and told me that his tech was starting on my vehicle soon. I was excited that it wasn't going to take 4hrs before he started on a roughly 2hr job. Within a short period of time I received notification that it was ready. In this Texas heat, it felt good getting into a car blowing cold air. The AC was set to high and I left it that way for about an hour just cause it felt so good. Ahhh!

Came in 20 minutes before close and was denied service because they “couldn’t get something off the bottom of someone’s car”. After I was told I can come back because they close at 8pm. Bad customer service.

The guys are really cool and informative when you go in. They give you options with no force which I really loved and I will be back for the three can tune up system thing. Thank you again my car is running smooth.

I stopped in Pep Boys to see if they serviced car AC and found they did. I had made an appointment with the company that usually services my car but it was four days out. Pep Boys got to my car within half an hour and found no Freon in the AC unit. They said it would be an hour to hour and a half before they could evac the system and recharge the Freon. It was actually completed in less than an hour. My car has cold air again, I got it done quickly, without having to wait four more days and was almost $100 less than my usual mechanic shop. Pep Boys exceeded my expectations in every way.

When they take your car in for service, they send you a link so you can check the progress of the work. The service writer kept me informed along the way as well. Great attitudes and great service.

Pep boys customer service was nice to me. They recommended the right service for me. I do think the repair for my Ac is a bit expensive by the way. But I like their service and would recommend them.
