Saw adverisement for free installation and balancing on a set of new tires, so i called them up to see if they stocked the tires i neeeded, which they did! Went in and spent $750 dollars on a new set of tires for my vehicle all this thinking i had gotten free instal and balance, well come to find out they somehow managed to charge me $50 dollars for extra stuff that was already included in the free install and balance.called the guy up that handled my paperwork and was told that that only the manager could fix that and he was not in to call back and talk to Ray, i have called and called and called and left countless amount of messages to Ray and not once has he even attempted to return my call. BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE PAYING IF YOU DON'T THEY WILL GET YOU!

Usually can find what I need, prices are a bit high

They've been fixing my vehicular mistakes for nearly 20 years now, and there's no one I trust more to take care of me.

I checked the PepBoys website and it clearly states they offer a free alignment check, but Ray the service manger side they didn't offer it. I was told they would check for worn front end parts for 19.95 and he checked the tires for wear pattern. I call the NW Hwy store and they honored the free alignment and earn my business. I also got bad spark plug info from the same guy in Mesquite years ago. Poor Leadership.

They do not care about customers at all. I had a head light that needed put in and they said I got the wrong one I told them I pulled the part number and it is the correct light. They just blew me off and so I went and took the same light to my dealer ship and they took care of it and I was back in business. Never will I go back to rude people there.

This is the only Pep Boys location I would ever go to. I've never had a problem there and Ray in the Service department is always taking care of my vehicles. Very respectful and honest about everything!

Customer service on the RETAIL STORE SIDE is EXCELLENT! What I have problem with is your ridiculous rewards program. 200 points for a rewards card? On this note Advance and Autozone have ya'll beat its 100 to 150 points and get 10 to 15 dollars back.

Great Prices, Clean store, Cordial staff, Especially when they are super busy with lots of customers they always find the time to help me 100%.

The customer service experience was great. I came in with a nail in my tire and they attempted to repair it, but I ended up with a new tire. They workers were efficient and didn't waste time. I got in and out. I recommend. Go check this joint out.

I just wanna say the staff at the pepboys is mesquite is awesome. Everytime I come in I get excellent service from George or Marco. The Speedshop set up is awesome! & I get alot of feedback from James. I just wanted to give PROPS to these pepboys workers and let them know im a satisfied customer and hope they get recognized. I used to shop at oreillys and autozone, but no more.

Great place to have your vehicle fixed the employees were polite and kept me posted on what was going on with my vehicle.

I took my car to this store at 530p still waiting at 7pm to get tires plus the cost of tires were very expensive the store need to improve on service time

We were told we would need a new throttle body, which would be a thousand dollar job.we had the car towed back home and our usual shop told us it just needed a new battery

New tires and alignment
Alignment is spot on! Kudos to the tech! Could have been faster on tires, lots of talk and wandering around from tire guys. Over a hour for 4 tires, should been less than 30min. I was a auto tech 30+ years.

The auto parts department do not have Auto part needed in stock. However, they will order it for you to get the following day.

Brought the car in for routine oil change. It's been 45 minutes now and they haven't even pulled the car into the bay, meanwhile some girls pulled up and they immediately pulled them into the bay and got to working. I won't be coming back to this location for anything ever again if this is how they operate.

Every time I call to ask for parts to see if they are available they are always rude. I'm definitely gonna look for another place to shop. Pep boys is not taking care of me.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Counter person was extremely rude and cared more that they were closing in 4 hours. She said car could not be fixed. Surprise, it's in another shop right now and guess what, it can be fixed. I'm really surprised that a well named company treats customers like they are dirt. I will NEVER go there again

Rodney and the great mechanics at Pep Boys have always taken good, honest care of me and my car. The repair costs are reasonable and the work has always been done in a timely manner.

This is my go to place for my automotive needs. The help is very friendly an helpful. My only bone to pick today is the website said they open at 7: 30 but the door said 8 workers were inside an seen me but didn't offer to tell me that they were actually open before 8. An there battery charger was down. But other then that best place for your automobile.
