Team lead did not put on new tires which was all pre-paid through Amazon tire installation. Should have been easy job but denied my service due to incorrect tire size. Which was false. Will go elsewhere.

I would give this place a zero. I was misquoted and forced to pay $100 more than what they quoted me over the phone. When I arrived they changed their story. If you don't want to lose money, especially during a great recession, choose another location. This one will gaslight you and promise you lies of what they can help you with.

I paid for new tires and an alignment and BOTH services were not completed correctly. Which I instantly knew when I picked up my car because my dashboard lights were light up.

After going to Cosco 1 day after they informed me there is no way an alignment was complete on my car as it was completely off center. Also 2 of my new tires had low air pressure.

I called pep boys and informed them of the bad service. I will definitely not go back there and would no recommend this place to anyone.

Took Mazda CX9 in due to heater core being clogged as water was seeping into passenger side floor mat area. Spoke to Felipe. He was able to drain out the remaining water and pretty much took care of the problem. Did not charge anything. We ended up replacing some AC filter that was completely clogged up and may have contributed to the problem. What I thought was gonna be a $300 or $400 bill ended up being $50 for the filter and labor! Thank goodness.

Pep boys near me closed so I picked one on my way to work instead. So happy I ended up making my appt here.

Best customer service I've experienced in awhile! Very comfortable chairs next door in the store with a coffee maker for your wait.

They could really use some training for their employees. It took me over 15 minutes to return some cores after I was done replacing my brake calipers. The employee was very nice, but it was only her and one other guy and he didn’t seem very concerned that it was taking so long to complete the transaction.

Didn't actually come to the location, however, Byrd came to our rescue on the side of the road still in uniform. We had a minor tire issue but he was incredibly friendly, helpful and was able to explain the issue while also giving some comedic relief with stories so I didn't feel so dumb about my mistake. He really went above and beyond. Pepboys should be proud to have an employee/mechanic as good as him! Thank you so much Byrd!

I went to another Pep boys and they gave me the wrong set of brake pads. I came to this store to return them and the correct brake pads were a little more expensive but the cashier (148988) gave us a discount and they ended up being the same price. Nice guy!

I brought it in for a brake fluid flush/exchange and also a second opinion on the brakes (via free brake inspection). They did exactly what they needed to do plus provided a good diagnostic of my brakes without attempting to oversell me on services. Additionally Todd at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, to top things off, the services are priced VERY competitively and beat out every other auto shop I could find by a wide margin. I'll be coming back here for sure!

Came in and needed a quick fix to get me back on the road. Todd came through for me and got me back up and running quickly. I would recommend others to this shop.

Fast honest service, prices are fair, ive been a few times for tire service and it was cheeper than going to discount tire with less wait time

I actually enjoy taking my car for maintenance now! All the employees are very friendly and have good honest service. Don is a great guy who can fix up your car and give you a good laugh.

Service was a little slow, but that's more due to the employees spending time and making sure customers are taken care of.

It's a Pep Boy's, so. There's that. And um. Oh, the area homeless will help you install new wiper blades! So that's a feature, I guess?

Awful service. I went in to ask for a simple battery car change, and was told that they were busy and not to bother them. Everyone that worked there was rude and condescending. I've never been here before this instance and will never go back.

I come to this shop solely because I trust Don (manager). He is honest, friendly and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Most disrespectful staff on the world. The guy wouldn’t even tell me if they have a part for my car unless a bring it in. What sense does that make if you have all the information for the car, make year and model. Told him exactly what bolt I need. He said I need to bring my car in and spend 100$ too see for him self what bolt it is. It’s 2018 dude. He was so rude and yelled and hung up on me. Don’t take ur car here. Obviously they just want to rip people off. Unbelievable how rude people are or how much they don’t know working at a car place. So sad.

This place is horrible they never have openings for basic services such as oil changes tire rotation etc. When we arrived there were no cars in the in the bay nor were there any customers at the store, yet the guy behind the counter told us they were busy and it would be like a 4 hour wait for service. I'm like how y'all busy but nobody here. He said some people have appointments, I said well they not here for the appointments so there goes that logic. This place is filled with excuses to get out of doing any work. They want to sit and do nothing all day in hopes customers don't keep there appointments do they can continue doing nothing. Sad Truth

PEP Boys has got to be one of America's biggest secrets. Much more than a car parts store, or a service bay stuck on the road, 1500 Mi from home on Saturday evening (9 passengers needing to be at work Mon morning) NO garages open to help before Monday. PEP Boys sends a wrecker and fixes it with in-house parts and has me on the road in two hours. Even stayed a bit after 9pm just to get me out. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Try finding that elsewhere.
Price was very reasonable. I've always found them most helpful.
