Amazing tacos. Went last week and they ran out of meat but I know they ran out for a reason.

Absolutely fantastic birria tacos. Husband and I got the taco combo with consome. Such cheesy, meaty, flavorful goodness!

I come here religiously! This place is amazing Birria quesadillas are the best and consume is just as on point. Never had a bad experience with this taco truck

Usually get the tacos but tried the torta today and it was sooo good dippin the cheesy meat filled sandwich into the consume.

This was the place I learned to eat birria anything. I absolutely love it. There is no place that makes the quesobirria tacos as crunchy and cheesy as these. However, the wait time is looong, its a miracle if you can find parking and a place to sit and no shade so prepare to scorch if going on an extra sunny day.

This place is a solid taco place. Wish there was more variety of tacos but the combo plate is a good balance of fat and meat. Their use of fat doesnt over do it to make it greasy, just enough to accentuate the flavor.

Pepe's, come on! To-go liquids need to NOT be in an open container with a hole in the lid.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for a restaurant. Ordered my food at the window, waited 20 minutes, nothing. Went to check on my food and the lady working the window said she gave my food to someone else. So I had to wait even longer, then finally got the food. The lady at the window didn’t care. The food is good which is the sad part. It did have some fat pieces in it but other than that this place has so much potential if only the employees cared.

Really great, crunchy birria tacos. There were a few fatty pieces as others have mentioned in other reviews, but it wasn’t anything distasteful. I thought it was awesome! The only thing that made our experience bad was the staff member taking our order, not very friendly. Ruined a bit of our experience for National Taco Day.

Atmosphere is a 0 cause I spent the night throwing up in the bathroom. Just horrible food was ok but not worth the food poisoning. Way to expensive for the limited food they serve you and the throwing up. Sorry guys I really wanted to like this place but i didn't.

The food was dry and didn’t have no flavor at all was very disappointed I had Birra at other places and it was very flavorful and this one wasn’t at all.

Birria Tacos are the trend these days and I'm all about it. I recently visited Pepe's Tacos where that's all they do.

What even is birria? Good birria is a stew made up as a mixture of savory, sweet, earthy, smoky and spicy seasonings which gives the meat a lot of flavor.

I started off with their Taco Combo which comes with 3 Quesabirrias which are a hybrid between a taco and quesadilla where the tortillas are dipped in the birria to give it that color and flavor. It comes with a side of consome (beef broth) to dip. I enjoyed these, however I felt there could have been a bit more flavor in the meat itself in these, but that was easily fixed when I dipped it in the consome. ($10.50)

Next, I got their Torta and same concept as above but they dip the bread in the birria. Y'all, this one I enjoyed much more and was my favorite. The bread had this smokey, spicy flavor to it that really complimented it. Amazing! ($10)

Last, but not least: had to get the Birria Quesadilla. By default I like these more than the tacos as well because of the use of the flour tortilla and portion of the cheese. ($10)

All in all, the food came out swiftly, the prices are great, and there's some free parking available. This is a great spot to visit, so I give them a 4/5!

I ordered a pickup order of Birria tacos because I was craving some good ones with the sauce and saw the reviews. I show up to the place, the girl doesn’t greet me annnddd for $8 with two tacos, they DON’T come with sauce! Say what? Very disappointed. Then I got the sauce and it was extra watery. Overall two stars because the meat and cheese were overall good.

This place was absolutely nasty I ordered birra tacos and they didn't even give me the sauce and the tortilla was soggy and not even fried to hold it together

Easily the worst ""birria"" tacos ive had.quotations because im not completely sure if I can even call it birria. Being from Dallas maybe I expected to much? But I should have known, seeing that the tortilla was soggy right off the back and even the meat didnt look like any other birria ive had at any other place so I guess I had it coming. To put it simple, If I didnt spend 30+ dollars on these tacos they would have went straight in the trash where they belong.

The tacos were so good. Very flavorful and the consome were perfectly warm and seasoned. He was super kind and served us so quick. I loved the tacos with cheese and they were a very reasonable price of 10 for 3. Over all 10/10 service and the food is literally one of the best ive ever had. Like I said, it was SAURRRR good.

If you want to taste real birria tacos this is the place. Wasn't impressed by the size or flavor at all. Over price could've got more somewhere else and spent less. Not a recommendation on my end.

This is a blink and you’ll miss it spot, but it’s worth stopping at and getting delicious, hot tacos!

Small specialized menu. Taco de Birria w/ cheese was so tasty! The beef was well seasoned and the deep fried corn shell was fantastic. The sauce was also bomb. We had to go get seconds. Service was really great and the food came quickly.

Some cons - no prices on the menu, very small for the price, each person would need 3 of these for it to be a meal. Combo doesn't specify how many or what it comes with, non combo order doesn't come with consome (though the person was nice enough to give it to us for free).

Overall though, the food was so good that we will definitely be back when the Birria cravings some back!
