One of Dr was out sick but everything still was so smooth and easy. Everyone there is so nice and very apologetic about the little wait with only having one Dr!

Everyone that we interacted with was friendly and made us feel welcome. We just moved back from San Antonio and had to find a new orthodontist. Peppermint made it a smooth transfer. And Dr. Bellan was great! I would recommend her to anyone. I'd recommend the whole company not just for ortho treatment but all dental care.

The teeth cleaning technician had excellent charisma and was proficient at teeth cleening.

Great experience as always! They were short handed today but they were still able to get me in and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

My experience started off great and went down hill very fast.they don't take health insurance and expect you to pay everything upfront or use their loan service. Their loan service does not let you use HSA cards nor can you pay it with a credit card.update: I just tried paying with a debit card and they STILL refuse my money, looks like nobody is going to get paid and they better not have that show up on my credit. I literally have a debit card with the money they will not take it.

As far as dental practices go they drilled my tooth down to the nerve and got it infected, i have a congenital heart defect that I made them aware of and stated if i got an infection into my blood stream it could easily cost me my life.they gave me an infection instead of doing a root canal like youre supposed to when you drill down to the pulp. I ended up visiting another dentist who told me I have an infection spreading from the tooth she "worked " on to the neighboring tooth. I have been on antibiotics for two weeks now and still cry when I eat oatmeal. I originally went in for cosmetic reasons to just get some fillings. I left with a mouth full of infection, pain beyond belief, and a debt that for some reason still cannot be paid with a fully functional debit card.

The entire staff was very patient and sweet with my autistic 10 year old! They have always been amazing with him!

We absolutely love Peppermint dental! My daughter who’s usually shy cooperates so well with them. We especially love Dr. O’ Neal!

Dr. Widdig is sooooooo good with my 7 year old and my 9 month old. He makes them super comfy, he's really good at feeding off what I am saying and helping reassure them as well. He listens to my 7 year old and makes her feel heard and less nervous. He is informative about what I can do better to help them and is not judgemental or condescending about it. My 7 year old loves the treasure box, and my 9 month old loves the rubber ducks he gets! This is the best dentist I've been to in a long time. And he serves kids and adults! Makes it so easy! He makes my kids WANT to come back!

The deal was excellent! At all times they made my daughter feel good and comfortable. The facilities are magnificent.

I had stopped coming to this office a year ago because this clinic was getting too slow and uncaring. But I decided to come back one more time and I’m glad I did. There was a change in staff and Dentists. I didn’t have to wait! And was pleasantly surprised! Stephanie and her front staff are excellent. Things moved on time and with very friendly assistance. I’m glad I decided to give them another try. If you have a problem Stephanie is very willing to help. Overall, I’m glad I decided to come back. I’m very pleased with the results. Thank you!
