3 hours to get unloaded if not a lot of trucks ahead

Second time here now 4 hours and they didn’t start loading yet, I’m about to leave home

They have wait at the truck stop and wait for a call to get a door
Worst ever

This place is garbage have a appt @ 1800 and still waiting on a door and it’s 20 minutes to 2300 avoid this shipper like the plague

In and out in less than an hour! My first time here though. Gotta give credit where credit is due!

The worst place I ever been! Checked in at 3: 35 pm was told to get at the nearest truck stop until they will call me and I’d received no phone call till next day, tried to find out what is wrong with them, they told me “not yet “!

Do not send trucks here. Appt 16: 00 loaded 23: 00
Not a single truck was loaded in the mean time. Stay away!

Had 17: 00 appointment checked in at 16: 23 after you check in they make you go to the nearest truck stop and wait until they get a door for you.
6 hours to pick up a f.n load!

Horrible please to load. These people don't care about the driver time at all. Checked in at 1030 for our 1100 appointment, and now it's 2030 and still waiting on a door.

There was an issue with the pickup appt, so we were sent to the truck stop to wait for a call.

About 45 mins later we got the call with the dock # to hit.

Less than 30 mins later, Jose brought our load sheet out.

This couldn't easily gone sideways, but we were pleasantly surprised. YAY!

It looks like PepisiCo listened to the complaints, and changed done things around.

Appointment is at 10 a.m. Was here on time now 1300 hours and still waiting on a call to get a door.

This facility is needs new management and a different philosophy / approach to getting things done. It consistently takes 4-6 hrs getting loaded here. This is WHY. No one is WORKING!

Worst place ever.
3pm Appointment, I reached at 2: 45pm. They sent me to a truck stop and told to wait for call.
Got a call to back at dock 14 at 8pm.
Had to wait 35 minutes for a truck to pull up from that dock. Got loaded at 12: 15am next day and guess what?
Overweight.
Never coming back.

Not honoring an appointment worked in my favor. Showed up a day early in middle of night. They took me with a 10 minute wait.

Upon arrival grd shk pple bestowed outrageous attitude 1.st review i see has disappeared. Been in dk dr 1hr: 25 min past apt time does not look good. Nothing but idiots running this place, you will sit for 6-10hrs waiting to be loaded. Watch them close because they will pack load all the way to front.

The first time I delivered here it wasn't too bad. Maybe 2.5 hours to leave after arriving. Today 27 July 2017 however is a different story. Appointment at 2 pm got to shack at 130and they will call me. Well as I am typing this it is 6 pm and nothing. I called them twice and they said they will call me as soon as they have a dock. I just hope I get done before tomorrow.

Lazies worst place to delivery unorganized, unprofessional they dont respect appt. Time got a 6am appt and they kept me waiting for 7 hrs.

This place needs a real warehouse manager.
Takes forever to receive.zzzzz.
I hope my company never get another load from them

My delivery time was 10.00pm I got here 8.30pm they told me to come back 9.30 pm now it's 1.12am they didn't even started unloading I will never ever buy a Pepsi to drink not to come again here
