Peralta's Authentic Mexican Resturant reviews
20We were served very stale chips and my flauta had half a tooth pick in it. Cut my mouth biting into it.
My family has been coming here since I was a little girl. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is wonderful! This is an after church staple for us!
Food was good no doubt.
Owner needs to read up on credit/ debit cards surcharges. It is illegal to charge fees if using a debit card to pay. You can file a complaint with the attorney General. It's not a Texas law, it's a federal law.
I ate here today for the first time and ordered the tortilla soup. It was so delicious. That was some of the best soup I’ve ever eaten in my life! It tasted so flavorful and homemade. I highly recommend this place.
I just love Peraltas! Their food is so awesome. Always hot, fast service and such kind people.
Peralta's is authentic Mexican food. Chips and salsa are complimentary, and the salsa is really good.
This was a nice place to eat. We came in at about 12: 30 on Sat. It was busy but we walked in and were quickly seated. The chips were freash and we each had pur own salsa. The server was quick with our food. I had chicken Fajitas. I will ear here again. Very good. Very clean.
Best one I have eaten at I Quitmen, food has flavor, and there is chicken in the chicken enchiladas and not just a tease. If you are in Quitmen stop and give them a try
The owner of Peralta’s is a horrible cheap person I worked for 62 hours and I get paid 240$ and I’m in the kitchen and help others
I've always liked paraltas always good food. But today they lost a very large order. Called up and asked them if they had a couple of minutes to discuss the menu for an order. The only word out of the lady's mouth was, no.
Guacamole is ridiculously small for the price and too watered down.
Wait staff to busy and fast paced to see to our needs, refills, extra napkins etc.
Overall prices are too high for this quality and portion size of food.
Great chips and salsa. Enchiladas were great. Husband's food came out perfectly cooked. The waiter we had was wonderful
We eat here regularly and always get great, quick, service and delicious hot food. Never had a bad meal here.
The food was amazing. I had a spinach quesadilla and added mushrooms. The salsa was great, the rice was awesome and the quesadilla was great as well. Our waitress was very nice
The food and salsa has been consistently on brand for Peraltas for the 15 years I've been eating here. Peralta's salsa is best salsa.
We have tried three Peraltas: Quitman, Pittsburg, and Winnsboro. The best of these, in our opinion, is Quitman.
The restaurant is a bit different because it's in what was once a house. It makes for an odd layout and the rooms can get loud.
We eat here regularly and have never been sick from gluten. We order the authentic Mexican fajita tacos and the nachos.
It's not the greatest Mexican food you will have, but it's good. I wish they served alcohol because who doesn't love a margarita when you're eating Mexican?
Great Food, our server Justin was an absolute sweet heart and made the experience even better. Asked for butter and he made sure to let us know there would be a charge (instead of surprising us when we paid) I’d eat there every day if he’s there serving. 10/10 recommendation
Always great food and wonderful service. Had them cater our rehearsal dinner about a year ago. They never disappoint.
Lunch menu has a lot of selections and very reasonably priced. Cheese enchilada was really good, lots of cheese. Bean tostada was really good as well. The chips were hot and fresh and salsa was very good, fresh and not too spicy. Chicken enchiladas are some of the best around.
