What a big scam. They said I owe money to the city of Tampa Fl. I called the DMV and the circuit Court they said I don't owe them nothing these people are just trying to collect money. Maybe that's why they're in Texas because they can't come to Florida with that bs.

This place loves snatching up debt owed to courts in Florida then sending threatening letters to collect payment to the wrong houses! I've lived in my house for over four years and yet I keep receiving and I quote, " DEMAND FOR PAYMENT NOTICE OF COLLECTION" letters from this office. I don't know who this person is they are trying to contact but LEAVE ME ALONE.see I can use all caps too in a letter.

Nobody answers the phone. When they do they put you on hold forever and nobody picks up. So unprofessional and a waste of time.

They called my dad telling him he owed money for a ticket that he never even received.for a county in Florida that he's never even been in or heard of.these people try to push their weight around because they are a law firm but I hope that they are good because I am about to go after them. I'm definitely reporting them to the bar association. If you get a call from these people telling you that you owe money do some investigation first. They are probably lying to you. When I went on the web looking for them I found cases similar to my dad's. Thank God I was here to speak for him because my dad is 70 years old and has never even been to where they are claiming he owes money to. I imagine that these people get a lot of money out of others by telling them that they owe money for things they haven't done and if they do somehow get some of their cases right they call you like 10 years after the offense supposedly occurred. Proceed with caution when dealing with these people.

FRAUD! I received a fraudulent "bill" from this firm for taxes that DO NOT EXIST.

I repeat.the items they billed me for DO NOT EXIST.

BEWARE & BE SMART.and SPREAD THE WORD. DO NOT support fraud.

I had a ton of questions concerning tax sales, and a lady named Tiffany was very helpful and polite.

Scam. The Bilma PUD is either unaware of this firm’s practices or Bilma is itself complicit in some incredibly sloppy and shady municipal practices. I refuse to believe there is no public tax records office of any kind.

Scam- How do I owe money when all of my taxes are paid in my mortgage and have been for 12 years!

Worse claw firm you can ever deal with, they never answer the phone and when they do they are very short and rude.it’s sad that these people don’t care about customer service, they usually collect taxes on behalf of the state so they care less if they provide good customer service or not

FIRST OFF, I actually work as a call rep for this law firm and we aren't a scam. WE don't tag on collection fees on the account, they are there when we recieve them. If you actually got your invoices from txtag, you would see they attempted to contact you just sending out a letter for JUST the tolls. If that isn't responded too then they add a 5$ violation fee on top of the tolls that they want by a certain date. If that's a non response as well then they tag on an additional 20$ and send it to us. Your issue is with txtag, not the law firm. We are NOT a collection agency, we just collect on their behalf. They are able to take back there account whenever they please. We do our best to answer everyone's call. We only consist of a small group of people. And FYI: if you paid and it was paid late, txtag will still send you to collections. IF YOU NEVER RECIEVED A LETTER: txtag sends your letters to where ever your vehicle is registered to with the DMV NOT the address on your drivers license. If you failed to updated that info then you as a law biding citizen will be responsible since you failed to update your vehicle registration. And also TXTAG (Txdot) is different from TXTOLL (ntta), two different toll companies.

Those who get a toll violation from this firm, it is legit, but should probably confirm the debt. 1 star because you cant get ahold of the company. Im sure if they took me to court, I would just hand over the phone records of how many times I attempted to contact them, and it would have been dropped. Their fee for an unpaid. 50c toll is 5,000%. They continue to rob people of unpaid toll violations which probably had no idea they had a few bucks they owed cause they were NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT IT. Toll road companies are lazy noodles and a scam business in itself.

Thieves that charged 25$ for a 2$ toll that I incurred over a year and a half ago. Scum of the earth.

I recently received a letter from the pbfcm law firm regarding some outstanding tollbooth fines from late last year. I highly recommend contacting TX tag or the HCTRA and asking them to verify your information. Apparently, they had the wrong address on file, and my outstanding debts were reduced back to their original amounts, which i then paid over the phone (reduced from $444 to $19). If you owe money to the state of Texas, they'll mail you some kind of warning. You wont just get hit with a massive fine for no reason (if you never received any warnings about past debts). Once again, I highly recommend contacting TXTag, TexDot, or the HCTRA (over the phone) to make sure all of their information is correct, and it isn't just a clerical error.
Since I never dealt with the PBFCM law firm directly, I cannot give an honest 1-5 star rating. But since the name of their law firm is filled with more puffy shirts than the broadway production of Peter Pan, they can go eat a fat one.

Scam. Plain and simple. Received notice for Toll Road violations for a license plate number that I have never owned or driven.
They refuse to answer phone or email. I look forward to meeting in court to obtain 3x compensatory damages for this attempted fraudulent debt collection.

They don't answer phone. Sent us bill for some violation occuring 6 months after we moved out of Texas and we could not have done. Big scam!

I can't really blame this company for the outrages charges when TxTag is the company that contracts them for the collections. It's absolutely RIDICULOUS to charge $50 in "administrative fees" for a toll amount of $3. I have no choice but to swallow this one as a mistake never to be made again or risk it adversely affecting my credit:/. I gave the extra star because they gave me a 25% discount.

CALL THE NTTA to settle your fines. I too am being charged the ridiculous fees $375.00 on $32.10 of toll charges from Perdue Brandon Blah Blah & Blah. And like everyone else I've called, been placed on hold to find no agents available and no space on the mailbox and then it just hangs up on you. But the NTTA has no record of these depts. I paid them a different amount, $114.00 and they say I am clear. Screw the collection company. Completely outrageous. NO STARS

Complete ignorance and incompetence. I can understand and deal with rude but these people don't even know how to transfer a call or look up my information.
