Perfection Auto Detail, Carrollton TX

They left some sort of cleaning pad in my car vent and caused discoloration to the interior of the car. They also wiped something on my heads up display projector that left a weird film on it. I’m not sure if it was because they don’t know the car has a HUD or was just simply careless about the products they use.

A bit frustrating when you bring your car in for a $200+ detailing and come home with it damaged.

Would not recommend taking your car here unless you want to pay someone to damage your car.

This was the first time I ever got a detail service in my car, and I had an overall great experience with Perfection Auto Detail. I got to speak with Sylvia (one of the owners), and she was prompt to answer and resolve my concerns.

Easy to schedule, drop-off, and pick up. Car was super clean inside and out. There were things with four kids I didn't think would ever be cleaned!

I drive almost 30 minutes to bring our cars here for a hand wash because they do such a great job! My wife and I both have black luxury cars that live outside, so they get quite dirty. We invested in ceramic coating to protect our paint, so I don't want to risk getting swirl marks or scratches with an automatic car wash. I try to wash them myself, but without a garage, it's tough to do in the summer heat. I finally brought my car in today, and it was filthy inside and out. Even with just the basic hand wash and interior vacuum/wipedown, it came out looking clean, shiny and beautiful, and they were finished before I even got started trying to get some work done in their customer lounge. Sylvia, the owner, is always a pleasure to talk with, and she always responds quickly when I text for an appointment. If you care about your car's finish and need regular handwashing, or just an occasional thorough detailing, Call or text Sylvia or schedule an appointment through their website!

Really good service vehicle was clean n shiny but they missed a spot inside the vehicle but i was fine with it since it was small spot really good job

Perfection Auto Detail is amazing! They were very friendly and easy to work with. Their pick up and drop off service is super convenient. Good job with the car but the pricing is unfair and i felt cheated. I paid the $150 for an exterior car detail, which obviously should i clude the headlights too. At least that what i hoped. Sounds like common sense. But when they were done, they did the whole car but left the headlights. There was still dirt and bee stains on the headlights. When i asked about it, they asked me to pay $55 for it so that they can clean that.

Sounds unfair because i think headlights are also on the exterior of the car and they should be cleaned too especially for the price point of $145. I paid the 55 because i did not want to create a scene but i do not feel good about it and feel cheated. They also made it sound like they were doing me a favor by charging me $55 and not $90. I am disappointed by that and am hoping the management sees this amd considers refunding my $55. I dont think i should be paying separate for headlights cleaning if i have already paid for external detailing.

Outside of the price, they did a good job. The waiting area is nice and i had a good time playing with their dog. Before and after pictures.
