Perfection Nails, Killeen TX

I have gone 2 weeks back to back trying to get a refill i go early and they are always running late. After waiting I am told that only one person is working and have to come back later. They are never fully staffed to help their walk ins. When i ask to make an appointment I get told they dont take appointments. Its like no one wants to work.

I had asked for a simple solar glitter French tip but the guy said the glitter needed a base and gave us a blue shaded base and put the green glitters over he seemed like he didnt understand what i asked for but since he already did one i just agreed and the nails he also didnt do solar but acrylics and i never did solar b4 and didnt notice but my mom did. We still went with it and it did look nice in their lighting but when I got home they were a different color look and chunky just form the nail polish tips.also during my pedicure i was wearing a dress and the guy didnt give me anything to put on my lap when i was there.when I went home after not even and hour later it came half off on a toe.

This was my first visit & I got the basic pedicure. She took her time & did a very good job. Reasonably priced.

I have to update my review on this place because the service has changed since I started coming. I have to schedule appts since I work 2 jobs and on my last visit, I waited over 45 minutes WITH an appt because they took walk in's and were running behind. The last and final time I went, my friend and I had an appt and were seen 90 minutes AFTER our scheduled appt. I could see running a little behind, but what's the point in making an appt if you're not going to honor it. No nail place is worth spending HOURS in.

This used to be my favorite place when I lived here. Extremely long wait and poor service.

This was the worse experience of my life. They are so rude went to get a pedi and the lady kept shoving my foot in the water rudely. Left me waiting soaking my feet for 1hr the water was cold for no reason. When I ask where the lady went she got upset. I was there for over 2.5hrs just for done basic gel nails and they came out horrible. Never again.

When I tell you the worst experience ever. My toes and nails was rushed, I was very disappointed polish on my toes started to come off the same day they was done. My nails I had to complete them on my own at home because the guy had people rushing him for eye lash services to the point he was messing up my nails so I decided to just finish it myself. I highly don’t recommend this nails salon.

Horrible customer service. They left me sitting there WITH NO ONE IN THE SHOP AHEAD OF ME, for around 15 minutes while they ate in the back. I got up and walked out. They also made me move to different stations while I waited and no one came to do my nails

This is my FAVORITE nail salon when I come to Kileen! The staff is always so kind and nice! I get the mani & pedi package which comes with free neck massage! Great price and loving people. I have even gotten amazing eyelash sets here and received a free touch up before I left the state to travel home. I have used their services multiple times! Eyelashes lasted MONTHS! The mani and pedi lasted weeks! I didn’t have to get a touch up back for for weeks! What a kind group of people!

Best experience I've had getting my nails done. They gave me exactly what I want and they were so nice. Will recommend to everyone I know and will definitely be going again.

My husband and I went in together. He got a manicure and pedicure was told it would be about 20 minute wait ended up being 40. And they rushed through his service. I understand people are understaffed and busy but be upfront and provide quality work. I got a full set with designs and the man that did them was watching soccer while trying to do them. He cut 2 fingers with the drill to the point they were bleeding. He wasn’t good at painting as I had to ask him to fix the design 4 times. He let gel polish run down my finger so when i put my hand in the dryer it burned me. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Go to one of the other 1000 nail salons around Killeen. Sure wish I would of.

Rather than this place saying they did not have time or did not want to do what I requested; one of the manicurists tells me “ nail dip doesn’t stay long with fake nails”. Although my usual manicurist has no issue, they stay for a month+ and I may add I wash my hands numerous times a day. While applying my clear coat, the designed smeared; I pointed it out and she acted as if she did not hear me. My sister asked for a design, the same manicurist was rude and gained an attitude. Proceeds to do a sloppy design. Horrible experience. Still gave a tip.

I went here for the first time today and was extremely disappointed. The service was slow and they tried to over charge me, but a positive comment is my nails came out cute.

I went in with a total of three people. I only wanted a mani and the other two wanted pedis. I waited two hours for someone to even say something. Never been so irritated. I will never come to this place again as they messed up the pedis too

When I walked in, there were two other people waiting. No one acknowledged our presence or said hello. I sat down for about 10 minutes and one of the other ladies that were waiting, said this is ridiculous. You expect me to spend my money but can't speak and she got up and left, and so did I. I don't spend my hard earned money with establishments that have no professionalism. Do better!

Very bad outcome, for years I've been getting a manicure and pedicure every six weeks, my manicureist quit, this gel didn't last two weeks before peeling off, very unsatisfied.

Got a fill for some not so perfect nails I had gotten at another place and wow they look perfect! Tony did an amazing job. He files the nails super thin so they don’t have that bulky acrylic look to them. Definitely going back.

Been going here for years with my wife. Our favorite place by far in town. They give you fresh fruit, wine or margarita, bottled water, hot towel on your neck. All the stops including hot stone and paraffin was dip. We enjoy the pedicures very much.

I love this nail shop you guys they are really great and nice and relaxing you must go also they perfect your nails really good!
