Fake SAUVAGE. The cap does not seat like the original. The bottle cannot be picked up from the cap like the original one. The smell is similar not identical. Avoid this place. My box had the original barcode cut out and covered with a sticker that resembles a barcode.

They have really bad customer service here. I went in today for an exchange because one of the perfumes I bought was not spraying. The lady helping me the “key holder” was letting me know that once the package is open it can’t be exchanged or returned. I explained that I never even used it since the pump was broken but she stated there was nothing she could do. I work retail myself and I can’t even imagine telling a paying customer with a straight face that I can’t do anything for them when it’s my product that is damaged and came damaged. She did eventually call her boss and they did do an exchange. But it shouldn’t have to take an angry customer for them to do the right thing. Change your policy to cover clearly manufacturing defects. I’ve shopped here for years and spent thousands of dollars for them to be rude and ridiculous over a 50 dollar manufacturing defected perfume. They lost my business I will happily shop from macys or Dillards and pay full price as long as I don’t have to deal with uncomfortable and embarrassing scenes like today.

Make sure you definitely like the smell before buying because they wont let you exhange or return anything unused just because the packaging was opened even if item was faulty!
Buying the perfumes was a very nice experience but when I went home and tried to smell the perfume better, (because the smell gets overwhelming at the store) the cap was broken off. I tried to put it back on and decided I didn't even like the smell and wanted to make an exchange for an even more expensive perfume I wanted. The woman employee with short spiked hair was RUDE and just kept cutting me off and refused any exchange/return or solution. I had my receipt and even explained how the cap was broken off at first. Now im stuck with a perfume I dont like and I had spent over $140

Came to this store shopping for a replacement bottle of Creed for my husband. While thy didn't have on site any of preferences, there was a wide variety of top tier fragrances to choose from.
